n	n95user1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Werde nie wieder da etwas bestellen, ans Telefon bekommt man keinen, E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, seit mehreren Tagen wartet man das die Ware versendet wird und die Arbeitszeiten sind echt ein Witz. Das ist keine seriöse Firma, bitte die Finger davon lassen. Auf die bitte eines Rückanrufes wurde auch nicht eingegangen. Wenn die so mit Neukunden umgehen dann kann die Bude nicht lange überleben. Der GF sollte mal sehen was in seiner Firma abgeht. Auf E-Mail könnt ihr nicht antworten aber auf schlechte Rezessionen antwortet ihr innerhalb von einer Stunde. Will never order anything there again, you can't get anyone on the phone, e-mails are not answered, you've been waiting for the goods to be sent for several days and the working hours are really a joke. This is not a reputable company, please stay away from it. The request for a return call was not answered either. If they treat new customers like that, the place won't last long. The GF should see what's going on in his company. You can't respond to emails, but you'll respond to bad reviews within an hour.

Fehllieferung gar nicht mehr zu melden ist einfach unverschämt und respektlos. Zumal nach der 1. Fehllieferung schon nur auf Nachfrage reagiert wurde. Sending the wrong item twice is actually simply impossible. But not reporting after the 2nd wrong delivery is simply impertinent and disrespectful. Especially since after the 1st wrong delivery there was only a reaction to demand.

Am Ende kommt es jedoch immer darauf an wie man mit Problemen umgeht, und hier wird sich wirklich (wenn auch in meinem Fall leider zu spät) bemüht eine zufriedenstellende Lösung zu erreichen. Das muss man hoch anrechnen. Ich wünsche Heimwerkertools viel Erfolg Something really went wrong with my order, in the end I got the item elsewhere to get my project done. In the end, however, it always depends on how you deal with problems, and here people really (although unfortunately too late in my case) try to find a satisfactory solution. You have to give that credit. I wish DIY tools every success

I tried calling them but got a recorded message saying that due to safety reasons (Covid) customer service on the phone is not provided. (They probably never heard of working from home.). I wrote to them twice asking for a replacement. The following day two different employees replied. One told me my case would be transferred to claims department who would respond within a week (!), the other asked to see a photo of the box contents and the delivery bill. When that was done, she also forwarded my case to claims department - who would respond within a week. Five days later the claims department wrote back authorising the return. Despite the fact that the mistake was theirs, they said they would send a replacement shipment only after I return the wrong one and they receive it. The old shipment reached them in one more week, but they did not send me anything until I asked them two weeks later. After one more week, I had my products...
