Extrem rücksichtslose, laute Mieter und eine faule Hausverwaltung die trotz mehrmaliger, schriftlicher Beschwerde (inklusive, von der Hausverwaltung verlangtem und von mir erstellten Lärmprotokoll) nicht in die Gänge kommt und auch sonst nicht viel zu Stande bringt (zb. Mängelbehebung!) ausser jährlich die Miete zu erhöhen... Dieses Jahr sogar gleich um ganze €20...!? NIX HACKLN ABER KASSIEREN WOLLEN!! Das sind mir ja die Liebsten!! Also wie gesagt, schreib das hier nur um Andere davon abzuhalten den gleichen Fehler zu begehen wie ich... Es gibt sicher andere Genossenschaften, die sich mehr den Problemen der Mieter annehmen als diese hier... Die wollen anscheinend hauptsächlich nur abkassieren und mit dem "Ganzen Drumherum" nichts zu tun haben... Do not rent !! Extremely inconsiderate, noisy tenants and a lazy property management company who, despite multiple, written complaints (including the noise report requested by the property management company and prepared by me), does not get going and does not achieve much else (e.g. rectification of defects!) Except annually Rent to increase ... This year even by a whole € 20 ...!? NIX HACKLN BUT WANT TO COLLECT !! These are my dearest ones !! So, as I said, just write this here to prevent others from making the same mistake as I ... There are certainly other cooperatives that take on the problems of tenants more than this one ... They seem to mainly just want to cash in and take with them have nothing to do with the "whole thing" ...
N	Nat Uru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte den Schlüssel um eine Wohnung anzusehen. War der reinste Canossagang. Der zuständige Referent hebt das Telefon gar nicht ab, erst über das Office erreichbar, wollte noch bevor ich die Wohnung gesehen hatte meine Unterlagen. Schlüssel gibt's nur für 1 Tag und man muss eine Kaution von 200 Euro zahlen (das versteh ich). Auch im Büro lässt sich Herr Kofler nur auf Verlangen blicken. Also nicht Kundenfreundlich. Wanted the key to look at an apartment. Was the purest canossa walk. The speaker in charge doesn't pick up the phone, can only be reached via the office, wanted my documents before I even saw the apartment. Keys are only available for 1 day and you have to pay a deposit of 200 euros (I understand that). Even in the office, Mr. Kofler can only be seen on request. So not customer-friendly.

Kofler eine Mail geschickt mir Vorschlägen aber wenn man sich informieren will bei ihm der Meldet sich weder per Mail weder noch am Telefon. Dann hab ich mir gedacht ich schreibe eine nette Mail weil ich eine Tolle Wohnung gesehen habe da war jemand anders zuständig die Fr. Menetetter. Sie hat am nexten Tag schon geantwortet und hat mir gesagt die Wohnung können sie gerne besichtigen Schlüssel kann ich bei der Dame am Empfang lassen. War fasziniert von der Antwort ich hab gleich 2 Wohnungen besichtigt und hab mich echt schnell für die Wohnung entschieden. Mietvertrag nach 1 Woche unterschrieben das Gespräch mit der Dame war echt toll sehr liebe Frau ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen danke für die tolle Wohnung ein herliches Zuhause ?? Ein großes Dankeschön an die Fr. Menetetter ?????? I've been trying for so long to get an apartment by building a home. Kofler sent me an email with suggestions, but if you want to get more information, he won't answer you either by email or on the phone. Then I thought to myself I would write a nice email because I saw a great apartment there was someone else in charge of Ms. Menetetter. She answered the next day and told me you can visit the apartment. I can leave the keys with the lady at reception. Was fascinated by the answer I visited 2 apartments and decided on the apartment really quickly. Lease signed after 1 week the conversation with the lady was really great very dear woman I can only recommend her thanks for the great apartment a wonderful home ?? A big thank you to Ms. Menetetter ??????

Beim Erhöhen der Kosten und fordern sind die Herrschaften schnell, aber geht es um Reparaturen etc kann man Monate mit den Herrschaften korrespondieren und sich dann auch noch sagen lassen, dass man dies schon erledigt hat o man hätte es noch nicht gemeldet. Am Besten ist so und so,direkt mit d Firmen die das Problem betrifft in Kontakt zu tretten. Die Unfähigkeit betrifft keine komplizierten Aufgaben.... aber gut wenn man nur Personen für d Büromöbelabnutzung in dem "Verein" beschäftigt, darf man sich nicht wundern. Die einzige Devise, raus raus raus Incapable, that's all there is to say about it. The gentlemen are quick to raise the costs and make demands, but when it comes to repairs, etc., you can correspond with the gentlemen for months and then be told that this has already been done or that you haven't reported it yet. It is best to get in touch directly with the companies that are affected by the problem. The inability does not concern complicated tasks.... but well, if one only employs people for the office furniture wear in the "association", one should not be surprised. The only motto, get out, get out

Wahrscheinlich haben die Damen nicht Frühstückt oder werden schlecht bezahlt weil so eine freche s Telefongespräch hatte ich schon lange nicht. Empfehlung: Nett höflich reden am Telefon! so naughty staff on the phone. Wanted to rent garage space Employee sick no replacement. The ladies probably didn't have breakfast or were poorly paid because I hadn't had such a cheeky phone call for a long time. Recommendation: Talk politely on the phone!
