Telefonaten mit dem Shopbetreiber kriege ich weder ein Angebot über Ersatzteile, die ich lt. Ersatzteilkatalog anfrage und auch keine Info ob der Shop die Teile überhaupt liefern kann. I have a Hecht snow blower (9551) that is a few years old. With repeated e-mails and phone calls with the shop owner, I neither get an offer for spare parts that I request according to the spare parts catalog, nor any information whether the shop can deliver the parts at all.
M	Michael Gotsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für diesen Shop und alle weiteren Hechtableger ist selbst ein Stern deutlich zu viel. Seit Januar versuche ich ein Ersatzteil zu bekommen. Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen, Mail werden nicht beantwortet, eine Katastrophe diese Laden. Ich kann nur warnen, kauft keine Geräte der Marke HECHT !! For this shop and all other pike offshoots, even one star is way too many. I've been trying to get a spare part since January. Nobody can be reached by phone, e-mails are not answered, this store is a disaster. I can only warn, do not buy HECHT brand devices !!

Bei Bestellung und Bezahlung keine Bestätigung erhalten, mehrere Rechnungen mit unterschiedlichen Preisen erhalten. Der email Kontakt ist unmöglich, sehr unfreundlich am Telefon und von der Nachlieferung die schon bezahlt ist hört man überhaupt nichts mehr. Ich schließe mich meinen Vorgängern an, vor diesem Anbieter kann man nichts gutes erwarten. Unfortunately, I have to award a star otherwise I would not award one for this provider. No confirmation received when ordering and paying, received several invoices with different prices. The email contact is impossible, very unfriendly on the phone and you don't hear anything about the subsequent delivery that has already been paid for. I agree with my predecessors, nothing good can be expected from this provider.
