S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rückbildung/Beckenboden Ich habe bei Yvonne einen online Beckenbodenkurs zur Rückbildung gemacht. Yvonne macht das sehr sympathisch. Sie gibt einem auch Alltagsregeln mit. Im Kirs arbeitet sie mit Bildern. So kann man sich die Übungen gut vorstellen und mitmachen. Wenn es von Kurseinheit zu Kurseinheit Fragen gibt, kann man jederzeit nachfragen. Während dem Kurs bietet sie auch gerne Alternativübungen an wenn man sich bei einer Übung schwer tut. Zu den Kurseinheiten gibt es Handouts. Glatte Empfehlung! Regression / pelvic floor I did an online pelvic floor course for post-natal recovery with Yvonne. Yvonne makes that very personable. It also gives you everyday rules. At Kirs she works with pictures. So you can imagine the exercises and join in. If there are questions from course unit to course unit, you can always ask. During the course, she is also happy to offer alternative exercises if you struggle with one of the exercises. There are handouts for the course units. Smooth recommendation!

Hat immer super Tipps und Tricks für die kleinen Mäuse. Immer erreichbar, das finde ich sehr super, da es Momente der Verzweiflung auch gibt. Bin diesmal durch ihre Betreuung eine stillende Mama!!! Sind alle sehr zufrieden mit der Nachbetreuung gewesen. Sie ist auf alle Fälle jeden Cent wert!!! Danke Dir nochmal Super love and competent midwife! Thanks to acupuncture, I had a super fast birth in contrast to the first when Yvonne was not yet my midwife. Always has great tips and tricks for the little ones. Always available, I think that's very great, because there are moments of desperation too. This time I am a breastfeeding mom because of her care! We were all very satisfied with the aftercare. It is definitely worth every penny! Thank you again

Super empfehlenswert! Auch für andere Probleme hat sie ein offenes Ohr und hilft gerne weiter. Ich würde und werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! I did a pelvic floor recovery course with Yvonne. Yvonne designs the course in such a way that it is really fun and motivates to continue. Super recommendable! She also has an open ear for other problems and is happy to help. I would and will definitely recommend them to others!

Sie begleitet einen perfekt durch Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Wochenbett (und auch die Zeit danach). Sie beantwortet alle Fragen zu den verschiedensten Themen, die einem.am Herzen liegen, beseitigt alle Unsicherheiten und ist wahnsinnig einfühlsam und kompetent. Kurz gefasst: Die beste Hebammenbetreuug, die man sich nur vorstellen kann! Ich fühlte mich die ganze Zeit über sehr kompetent, umfangreich und liebevoll betreut und in den besten Händen. Tipp: Auch der Geburtsvorbereitungskurs war ganz toll und informativ und ist absolut empfehlenswert (auch mein Mann als Papa war begeistert). Und auch den Beckenbodenkurs kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Super Tipps, leicht umzusetzen! I came across Yvonne Schelander's website by accident while looking for a midwife on the web and decided on her. It accompanies you perfectly through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum (and also the time afterwards). She answers all questions on a wide variety of topics that are close to your heart, eliminates all uncertainties and is incredibly sensitive and competent. In short: The best midwifery care you can imagine! I felt very competent, extensive and loving care and in the best hands the whole time. Tip: The birth preparation course was also great and informative and is highly recommended (my husband as dad was also enthusiastic). And I can also unreservedly recommend the pelvic floor course. Great tips, easy to implement!

Hatten jetzt auch den Geburtsvorbereitungskurs bei ihr, den ich nur jeder werdenden Mama (mit Papa) ans Herz legen kann.
