Nicht einmal im Ansatz bei Ihrem freunlichen verlassen der Ordination als „Privatpatientin“, hat es eine derartige Wortmeldung gegeben. Das ist schlichtweg erfunden und illusorisch. So viel dazu! A VERY, VERY competent and knowledgeable dermatologist. Just like the team around Fr. Dr. newbuilder. VERY, very friendly, helpful and patient the two ladies! 100% further recommendation! And when I read that from Mrs. Kremlin, I can remember that she was there at the same time. Not even the beginning of your friendly leaving of the ordination as a "private patient" was such a request to speak. This is simply made up and illusory. So much for that!

Frau Doktor Neubauer war freundlich und hat sich auch entsprechend Zeit genommen (was in Zeiten von fehlenden Kassenärzten und gut gefüllten Wartezimmern schon etwas bedeutet) Very professional handling including online appointment scheduling and self-check-in. Dr. Neubauer was friendly and took her time accordingly (which means something in times of a lack of panel doctors and well-filled waiting rooms)

Die Wartezeit hatte ich, weil ich als Privatpatient einen Termin als Kassenpatient erhalten hatte. Ich benötigte einen weiteren Termin, und als ich die Assistentin fragte, ob Privatpatienten im Wartezimmer immer eine so lange Wartezeit haben, bekam ich als Antwort, auch die Privatordination ist ausgebucht. (das sind zwei verschiedene Dinge) Also ich dann ging, sagte die Assistentin zur anschließenden Patientin, die Privatpatienten glauben auch, sie sind was besseres. Appointment made as a private patient. 1.5 hour waiting time in the full waiting room (no minimum distance). I had to wait because, as a private patient, I had been given an appointment as a statutory health insurance patient. I needed another appointment, and when I asked the assistant whether private patients always have such a long waiting time in the waiting room, the answer I got was that the private surgery is also fully booked. (Those are two different things) So when I left, the assistant said to the subsequent patient, the private patients also believe they are better.
