Während der Bauphase zu wenige Informationen, mussten trotz Bauleiter sehr oft selbst vor Ort sein das keine "Fehler" passieren! Guter Start aber dann doch noch Luft nach oben! Very good advice, transparent cost breakdown, an open ear! Too little information during the construction phase, despite the construction manager having to be on site very often - no "mistakes" happen! Good start but still room for improvement!

Schon während der Planung und dann während der Bauphase hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Auf Fragen wurde immer prompt geantwortet und auch für die Probleme, welche auftraten wurde immer eine gute Lösung gefunden - danke Swen. Auch bei den beteiligten Handwerkern hat man gemerkt, dass sie öfters gemeinsam auf einer Baustelle sind und gut miteinander können. Die Kosten und auch der Zeitplan blieben so, wie sie von Anfang an geplant waren. We built with housework two and a half years ago and were very satisfied from the start.
