Da dies unsere erste Wohnung ist und wir mit Hausverwaltungen bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nichts zu tun hatten, waren natürlich für uns viele Fragen vor allem von Zuständigkeiten bei einer Hausgemeinschaft offen. Unsere Fragen von der Hausverwaltung wurden immer höflich, geduldig, umgehend und vor allem sehr professionell beantwortet. Zu allem Überfluss hatten wir in der Wohnung auch noch Gasaustritt im Mauerwerk und wir waren wirklich sehr besorgt ob der Gefahr für das ganze Haus (zumal gerade zu dieser Zeit eine Explosion in einem Wohngebäude aufgrund Gasaustritt in den Nachrichten kursierte). Die Hausverwaltung war wirklich sehr geduldig mit mir und besonders Frau SABINE J. hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für mich. Ihr möchte ich an dieser Stelle besonderen Dank aussprechen für ihre raschen und kompetenten Antworten. Wir haben den Eindruck, dass sich die Hausverwaltung wirklich gut um die Instandhaltung des Hauses kümmert. Laufend werden Reparaturen durchgeführt: die Haustür wurde saniert, der Hof wurde in Stand gesetzt, etc. Ich denke das ist nicht selbstverständlich und darum hier ein herzliches DANKE für die großartige Obsorge für das Haus!! We acquired an old apartment in the 2nd district in summer 2020. Since this is our first apartment and we had nothing to do with property managers up to this point in time, we naturally had many questions, especially about responsibilities in a house community. Our questions from the property management team were always answered politely, patiently, promptly and, above all, very professionally. To make matters worse, we also had gas leaks in the masonry in the apartment and we were really very concerned about the danger for the whole house (especially since an explosion in a residential building due to gas leaks was in the news at the time). The property management was really very patient with me and especially Ms. SABINE J. always had an open ear for me. I would like to take this opportunity to express my special thanks to her for her quick and competent answers. We have the impression that the property management takes care of the maintenance of the house really well. Repairs are carried out on an ongoing basis: the front door has been renovated, the yard has been repaired, etc. I think that is not a matter of course and therefore a big THANK YOU for the great care for the house!
