★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns einen fixen Termin zur Abholung von einem Katzenpärchen ausgemacht (Dienstag angerufen, Abholung wäre am Freitag in der gleichen Woche gewesen). Am Tag vor der Abholung wurden wir Abends noch angerufen, dass die beiden abgeholt wurden und somit nicht mehr verfügbar!
Absolut unzuverlässig, zumindest eine kurze Info wäre fein gewesen, dass sich noch andere Personen interessieren. Wir waren richtig geknickt.
We have made a fixed appointment for a couple of cats to be picked up (called Tuesday, pickup would have been on Friday in the same week). The day before the pick-up we were called in the evening that the two of them had been picked up and therefore no longer available!
Absolutely unreliable, at least a short piece of information would have been nice that other people would be interested. We were really bent.
