★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 8 Jahren hat Fa. Friedl unser Bad komplett neu gemacht, es hat alles schnell und zuverlässig geklappt. Preis war voll ok, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Inzwischen hat sich nach meiner Erfahrung die Kundenbetreuung aber leider sehr zum Negativen entwickelt. Bei meinem letzten Anliegen vor ca. 2 Jahren wurde eine tropfendes Rohr mit Klebeband repariert.
Vor zwei Wochen hatte ich eine tropfende Dusche (Regendusche plus Handbrause). Der Monteur hat kurz draufgeschaut und dann einen Komplett-Tausch um €760 plus Arbeitszeit angeboten - das war laut seiner Aussage die einzige und günstigste Möglichkeit. Im Endeffekt hat sich (mit privater Hilfe und Internet) herausgestellt das nur das Thermostat defekt war. Das habe ich um knapp €50 im Einzelhandel gekauft (gleiches Fabrikat) und in Eigenregie montiert. Alles funktioniert wieder tadellos.
Habe das Angebot mit Begründung telefonisch abgelehnt und wurde mit einem "kein Problem" abgespeist.
Schade.
8 years ago Friedl completely redesigned our bathroom, everything worked quickly and reliably. Price was completely ok, we were very satisfied.
In the meantime, in my experience, customer service has unfortunately turned into a negative. When I last asked about 2 years ago, a leaky pipe was repaired with tape.
Two weeks ago I had a dripping shower (rain shower plus hand shower). The fitter took a quick look and then offered a complete swap for € 760 plus working time - according to his statement, that was the only and cheapest option. In the end it turned out (with private help and the internet) that only the thermostat was defective. I bought this for just under € 50 in retail (same make) and installed it myself. Everything works perfectly again.
I refused the offer with a reason and was given a "no problem".
Too bad.
