 Very cozy place in the Gastein Valley. Whether a schnapps from our own production or a snack, it is definitely a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten eine umfangreiche Einführung in die Kunst der Destillerie. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man spürt und schmeckt, dass hier Leib und Seele Schnaps brennen. Wer in der Region ist sollte sich das nicht entgehen lassen.
Had an extensive introduction to the art of distillery. The welcome was very warm and you can feel and taste that schnapps is burning here for body and soul. Who is in the region should not miss this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben durch Zufall auf ORF 3, die Dokumentation über die Familie Josef und Gabi Waller gesehen. Bergdestillerie Hauseben. (Ein alter Erbhof.) Einen Tag später war ich schon dort, da ich zu dieser Zeit in Hofgastein war. Hab eine Suppe 3erlei gegessen. (Tiroler, Leber, und Kaspress Knödel) Einfach nur gut. Schnaps Verkostet und gekauft. Vogelbeere und Edelbrände. Tolle Aussicht, kann zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto hinfahren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathische Menschen. Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Anhang :Ein paar Fotos und Infos. Viel Freude beim Besuch der Familie Wallner.
By chance we saw the documentary about the Josef and Gabi Waller family on ORF 3. Bergdestillerie Hauseben. (An old hereditary farm.) One day later I was there because I was in Hofgastein at the time. I ate three kinds of soup. (Tyrolean, liver, and Kaspress dumplings) Simply good. Schnapps tasted and bought. Rowan berries and brandies. Great view, can go there on foot or by car. The hosts are very personable people. You feel very comfortable here. It's worth a visit. Appendix: A few photos and information. We hope you enjoy visiting the Wallner family.

We received a very warm welcome. The breakfast was very tasty with many homemade delicacies and regional products. Simply very cozy atmosphere. Is very recommendable!
