Haus Unterberger

Wunderbarer Bergblick direkt vor der Tür. Den Preis fanden wir echt in Ordnung. Ruhige Lage, aber nahe genug zum Zentrum. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben diesen Herbst einige Tage in der kleineren der beiden Ferienwohnungen verbracht: alles sehr sauber & gepflegt. Bad & Schlafzimmer sind hell & vermutlich recht frisch (?) renoviert (und die Betten sehr komfortabel !), die Kochnische & das Ess-/ Wohnzimmer einfach & zweckmaessig eingerichtet. Stadtzentrum & Baeckerei zu Fuss in 12-15min zu erreichen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis unschlagbar. Die Vermieter waren i.ue. sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Oesterreichische Qualitaet eben! ;-)

I wanted to rate my stay as quite ok but just before leaving I had very bad situation with owner which upset me a lot! Before arriving I called to ask how much I will pay for an apartment for 2 persons with the 3,5 years old child. I got the answer 55 per night + different taxes. So 2 nights 120 Euro. That was ok despite that on the website it was 50 Euro per night. When leaving owner came to check if there are any damages in apartment. She saw 4 dishes in the sink which were not cleaned and started to shout something in German (I don't understand). Then something about 20 euro cleaning fee. Nobody told me during phone call or after arriving that I need to do the cleaning or pay for it. I did normal cleaning, it was just 4 dishes!! My wife wanted to clean those 4 dishes but she showed us to leave it and go (??????). After she started to be unpleasant I showed her that price on the website is lower that the one I paid and she was very surprised! She started to talk fast in German again and was very angry so we slammed the doors. Now I check the website again and the price is higher, they changed it!! It's not about the money but her behavior!! What's more there were lots of ANTS in bedroom and kitchen running everywhere after we arrive and during all our stay. We didn't leave any food anywhere but they where still there. Mattresses are extremely used and need to be changed, our back hurts a lot!! Bed makes big noise while turning on it. What has to be said: the view from the windows is great, kitchen is well equipped, I could park in the garage. I don't care about the ants, mattresses and price but she got us upset a lot!!
