★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht einmal einen Punkt wert ! Kommunikation funktioniert gleich Null! Ist etwas zum Richten funktioniert auch erst nach 2 Wochen Reaktionszeit! Sagt man dann sie wären inkompetent , wird man gleich darauf verwiesen , man solle nur mehr den "Vermieter" kontaktieren! So geht man natürlich mit Langzeitmietern , die in 20 Jahren noch niemals säumig waren um! Das wirft natürlich auch künftig ein gutes Bild auf Ihre Firma! Zudem war die Dame , die meinen "Vermieter" vertritt patzig , Angaben stimmten nicht !!! und wenn man dann detailiert sagt , was nicht stimmt , wird ganz professionell nach Art der Firma wieder alles auf die Unfähigkeit des Vermieters geschoben!
Aktueller Fall: Nach Wasserschaden müssen die Leisten am Parkettboden wieder angebracht werden. Anruf am 30.6.2017
Bearbeitung ??? Keine Spur!!! Heute 11.7.2017 taucht plötzlich ein Gutachter auf , von dem weder ich als Mieter unterrichtet wurde noch mein "Vermieter" wusste! Was jetzt... Hab ich Tag der offenen Tür? Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite am Abend /nachts! Terminabsprachen Fehlanzeige!
Herzlichen Glückwunsch , würde ich meinen Job so machen , hätte ich lang keinen mehr...
Not even worth a point! Communication works zero! If something is to be straightened, it only works after a reaction time of 2 weeks! If you then say that they are incompetent, you will immediately be told that you should only contact the "landlord"! This is how you deal with long-term tenants who have never been in default in 20 years! Of course, this will also give your company a good picture in the future! In addition, the lady who represents my "landlord" was snotty, information was incorrect! and if you then say in detail what is wrong, everything is pushed back to the landlord's incompetence in a very professional manner according to the type of company!

Editing ??? Not a trace!!! Today, July 11th, 2017, an appraiser suddenly appeared, of whom neither I was informed as a tenant nor my "landlord" knew! What now ... Do I have an open day? I work and work in the evening / at night! No appointments!
Congratulations, if I did my job like this, I wouldn't have had a long time ...
