★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 1 week in Haus Tirol the week of 25 February and had two adjoining rooms for three persons. The quality of the rooms and breakfast was impeccable as was the service from our hosts. The Haus is walking distance to restaurants and the ski list. We recommend this location to others and will come back to stay ourselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was ideal, and the room also met our requirements. However, the only one point which I would like to complain about is the owners.
We had had an unfortunate accident on our way to Austria, and thereafter we had to wait for assistance, thus, our late arrival at the hotel/apartment. Astonishingly, the owner did not allow us in to our dismay. To add insult to injury, she was obnoxious, aloof and profusely dismissed our explanations as she said that was not her problem.
Frankly speaking, they both show a lack of empathy and no compassion for such a tough situation that we had endured. Therefore, I do not recommend this place to any of my friends and family, hence I shall not return to this place in my lifetime!
