Das Frühstück sehr regional gehalten und vielfältig. Very friendly staff. The accommodation offers a lot of comfort. The tranquility and the views are unique. The breakfast was very regional and varied.

Können es nur weiter empfehlen und wir gehen auf jeden Fall wieder hin.???? A carefree and relaxed week, beautiful in nature and in the mountains, wonderful for people and dogs. Super nice hiking trails and all super dogs friendly. The house Sperleiten looked after us very well, very clean, quiet and the breakfast was fresh and adapted to us . Can only recommend it and we will definitely go back

Very nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast topp. Hosts very friendly and always with good tips. We'd love to come back!

Andre en Ela zijn de gezellige inwonende eigenaars die hun gang gaan, maar er voor je zijn als je ze nodig hebt. Meer dan uitstekend en uitgebreid ontbijt en dat voor zo'n schappelijke kamerprijs? Verse eitjes van eigen kippen. Koffie van versgemalen bonen. Goed stevig bed/matras in een voldoende ruime kamer met TV en wifi. Mooi klassiek ontbijtzaaltje waar je ook 's avonds je eigen afhaalmaaltijd kunt nuttigen. Op de foto is Haus Sperleiten het 2e huis van rechts gezien op de middenlijn. Ik kwam om in m'n eentje te wandelen en dat is volop mogelijk. Officieel aangegeven routes alom. Zeker voor minder ervaren wandelaars is dit de plek bij uitstek, want dit is nog voorgebergte en veel routes redelijk vlak of met flauwe stijgingen, dus hoef je niet gelijk stijg-ijzers en klimtouw mee te nemen. Volop eet- en drinkgelegenheden in en om Abtenau, alhoewel het nu naseizoen was, en Covid, dus was veel al of daardoor dicht. Great place just outside the village with a view over the whole valley and mountains around. Andre and Ela are friendly live-in owners who go about their business, but are there for you when you need them. More than an excellent and extensive breakfast and that for such a reasonable room price? Fresh eggs from our own chickens. Coffee from freshly ground beans. Good firm bed / mattress in a sufficiently spacious room with TV and WiFi. Beautiful classic breakfast room where you can also have your own takeaway in the evening. In the photo Haus Sperleiten is the 2nd house seen from the right on the center line. I came to go for a walk on my own and that is fully possible. Officially marked routes everywhere. Especially for less experienced hikers, this is the place to be, because this is still a promontory and many routes are fairly flat or with gentle ascents, so you do not have to bring climbing irons and climbing rope with you. Plenty of food and beverage outlets in and around Abtenau, although it was now late season, and Covid, so many were closed or because of that.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, regional und sehr lecker. Die Gastgeber sind immer mit guten Tipps zur Stelle. Einziger Kritikpunkt war teilweise die erhöhte, abendliche Lautstärke vor unserem Fenster. In house Sperleiten humans and dogs are warmly welcomed. The room was clean, functional and has a fantastic view. The breakfast was rich, regional and delicious. The hosts are always on hand with good tips. The only criticism was partly the increased, evening noise in front of our window.

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Zimmer sind sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Von überall hat man einen hervorragenden Blick auf die wunderbare Bergwelt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! We stayed at the Sperleiten for the first time and we felt very comfortable with our hosts from the very first minute. The breakfast is plentiful, the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need on vacation. From everywhere you have an excellent view of the wonderful mountains. Overall, very recommendable!
