G	Greetje Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een heel leuk pension .En de beheerster mevrouw Elise Obex is een leuk en een moederlijke vrouw. Ken haar al jaren.als het kan wil ik dit jaar weer naar haar toe en de omgeving , het is daar lekker rustig en een mooie omgeving.Als je bij hun uit het raam kijkt de je tegen de fleckealm aan. It's a very nice guest house. And the caretaker Mrs. Elise Obex is a nice and a motherly woman. I have known her for years.If I can, I want to go back to her and the surroundings this year, it is nice and quiet there and a beautiful environment. If you look out the window with them, you can face the fleckealm.
T	Tim Bosseloo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze vroegere B&B is nu een vakantiehuis. De onderste verdieping is permanent bewoond door derden. Met 2 wagens parkeren is lastig en met 3 is een groot drama! Bespaar je zelf een hoop stress en kom met max 2 wagens of boek een ander huis. De overlast van de trein vlakbij is eerder beperkt. Tuintje is klein maar heeft wel een leuke zithoek, jacuzzi is vrij nieuw doch staat een beetje verloren op het koertje aan de voordeur (geen mooi uitzicht). Andere minpunten: “overdekt terras” stelt niets voor (geen mogelijkheid om buiten te eten), geen vliegenramen en niet overal verduistering, “eigen biertap” was er niet, Pluspunten: ruim en gezellig interieur, alle keukenapparaten aanwezig (zelfs een koffiezet die bonen maalt en een gourmetstel, maar geen kurkentrekker), nette, luchtige kamers met meestal eigen badkamer. Proper bij aankomst en netjes bedden gedekt met badlinnen aanwezig. Omgeving is prachtig en er zijn veel mooie wandelingen in de buurt (al dan niet met eerst een stoeltjeslift). Schwarzsee (openluchtzwembad op uurtje wandelen of 15min met de auto) is een aanrader bij mooi weer, alsook Kaiserbad bij Ellbau. This former B&B is now a holiday home. The lower floor is permanently occupied by third parties. Parking with 2 cars is difficult and with 3 is a big drama! Save yourself a lot of stress and come with max 2 cars or book another house. The inconvenience of the train nearby is rather limited. Tuintje is small but has a nice seating area, jacuzzi is fairly new but is a bit lost on the little courtyard at the front door (no nice view). Other downsides: "covered terrace" is nothing (no possibility to eat outside), no fly windows and no darkening everywhere, "own beer tap" was not there, pluses: spacious and cozy interior, all kitchen appliances present (even a coffee maker with beans) and a gourmet set, but no corkscrew), neat, airy rooms with mostly private bathroom. Clean on arrival and tidy beds covered with towels. Setting is beautiful and there are many beautiful walks in the area (with or without a chairlift first). Schwarzsee (open-air swimming pool within an hour's walk or 15 minutes by car) is recommended in good weather, as well as Kaiserbad in Ellbau.
F	Franziska Anter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Es gibt eine Wohnung unten die fest bewohnt ist, die Herrschaften machen nur Stress vor allem wegen den (nicht genug vorhandenen Park Möglichkeiten). Die Lage ist recht weit ab vom Schuss, ohne Auto geht nichts. Zur Wohnung sehr Renovirungsbedürftig, vieles ist kaputt oder defekt gewesen. ? das war sehr schade. Preis Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht über ein? Never again. There is an apartment downstairs that is permanently occupied, the gentlemen are just stressful because of the (not enough parking space available). The location is quite a long way off, nothing works without a car. The apartment very much in need of renovation, a lot was broken or defective. ? that was a shame. In my opinion, price / performance ratio does not match
