Wir haben uns in der neu und sehr hochwertig renovierten Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf die Berge sehr wohl gefühlt. Das 2-Zimmer-Appartment mit sehr schönem und geräumigem Bad ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auf der Caoch im Wohn-Ess-Bereich waren sogar Übernachtungsgäste gern willkommen. Liebe Familie Lainer, wir möchten uns noch einmal ausdrücklich für die herzliche Aufnahme in eurem schönen Gästehaus bedanken. Herzliche Grüße aus Niedersachsen! 5 stars for an all-round successful stay. We felt very comfortable in the new and very high quality renovated apartment with balcony and mountain view. The 2-room apartment with a very nice and spacious bathroom left nothing to be desired. Even overnight guests were very welcome on the Caoch in the living-dining area. Hier findet man die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft, wie wir es vom Gasteiner Tal gewöhnt sind. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! We felt very comfortable in the house Sonja. We have been visiting the Gastein Valley for 25 years. The Sonja house was a very positive surprise for us. Here you will find the friendliness and hospitality that we are used to from the Gastein Valley. We will be back definitely!!

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne und fühle mich dort jedes Mal super wohl. Wonderful apartments in which you simply feel good. Everything new and renovated to a high standard. The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated. I always like to come back and I feel very comfortable there every time.

Fußläufig ist in 10 Minuten alles erreichbar, Supermärkte, DM, Alpentherme, Talstation der Schlossalmbahn, Skiverleih, Dorfzentrum, Langlaufloipen direkt vor dem Haus, zum Skibus 2min Fußweg. Sehr nette Gastgeber, vielen Dank für die tolle Woche! Everything is in top condition, very spacious, space for the whole family even in bad weather. Everything can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, supermarkets, DM, Alpentherme, valley station of the Schlossalmbahn, ski rental, village center, cross-country ski trails right in front of the house, 2min walk to the ski bus. Very nice hosts, thank you for the great week!

Unser Apartment (Nr. 3) ist super modern und sauber, es ist alles da was man als Selbstversorger benötigt und Kathrin ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Man kann abends für den Folgetag frische Brötchen oder direkt einen ganzen Frühstückskorb bestellen, den kompletten Aufenthalt über kostenlos in die Alpentherme (inkl. Sauna) und man bekommt auf Wunsch sogar eine gepackte Saunatasche mit Bademantel und Handtüchern von Kathrin! Ich verbringe viele Urlaube in Apartments anstatt in Hotels und habe deshalb schon einiges gesehen. Keines hat mich so beeindruckt wie dieses hier. Das Wohlbefinden des Gastes steht hier spürbar an oberster Stelle. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und Haus Sonja jedem meiner Freunde empfehlen! I am more than enthusiastic about Sonja's house!! EVERYTHING is just right here! Our apartment (No. 3) is super modern and clean, everything you need for self-catering is there and Kathrin is an excellent hostess! You can order fresh rolls in the evening for the following day or a whole breakfast basket, the entire stay for free in the Alpentherme (including sauna) and you can even get a packed sauna bag with bathrobe and towels from Kathrin! I spend a lot of vacations in apartments instead of hotels, so I've seen quite a bit. Nothing impressed me like this one. The well-being of the guest is noticeably the top priority here. I would definitely come back and recommend Haus Sonja to any of my friends!

Beautiful appartments, lovely views from every window and very nice owner Kathrin make your stay nice and pleasure. Appartment is well equipped in everything you may need during your holiday. Very close to the free bus which goes directly to the Schlossalmbahn. I can definitely recomend this place!
