C	Cathleen Konrad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben Ferienwohnung über Traumferienwohnung gebucht.... Dort angekommen wurde uns eine ganz andere Wohnung gezeigt und nicht wie bei Traumferienwohnung gebucht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt das die Wohnung bereits verbucht ist und das wäre die zweite Ferienwohnung. Also hat Vermieter nur von dieser einen Wohnung Bilder im Internet gestellt. Keinerlei Entschuldigung vom Vermieter. Zumal wir uns versprochene Terrasse mit super Ausblick mit den anderen Urlaubern teilen sollten und das am besten im stehen da nicht genug Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden waren. Die Wohnung war außerdem sehr dunkel und ein muffiger Geruch. Sind sofort wieder abgereist und der einzige Kommentar war“ Sie werden schon noch etwas anderes hier im Zillertal finden.“ Also Liebe FRAU Widner so geht man nicht mit Gästen um. Und stellen sie gefälligst Bilder von Ihrer zweiten Ferienwohnung ins Internet. Ach ja Frau Widner wir haben noch ein schönes Hotel im Zillertal gefunden wie sie uns frecherweise mit auf den Weg gegeben haben. Eine Entschuldigung ihrerseits wäre hier angebrachter gewesen aber da werden wir vergebens warten können. Have booked apartment through dream vacation apartment .... Once there, we were shown a completely different apartment and not booked as with a dream vacation apartment. On request we were told that the apartment was already booked and that would be the second apartment. So the landlord only put pictures of this one apartment on the Internet. No apology from the landlord. Especially since we should share the promised terrace with a great view with the other holidaymakers and the best thing to do is to stand there because there wasn't enough seating. The apartment was also very dark and a musty smell. Left immediately and the only comment was "You will find something else here in the Zillertal." Dear FRAU Widner, this is not how you treat guests. And please put pictures of your second holiday home on the Internet. Oh yes Ms. Widner we found another nice hotel in the Zillertal as they cheekily gave us on the way. An apology on your part would have been more appropriate here, but we will be able to wait in vain.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich wirklich sehr hingebungsvoll um alle Fragen oder Bedürfnisse des Gastes. Die Räumlichkeiten waren Preis/Leistungsmäßig sehr angemessen. Als Stadtmensch muss man sich erstmal dran gewöhnen solcherlei Bergstraßen, auf denen nur Platz für ein Auto ist, zu befahren, doch nach einigen Male ging es ganz locker von der Hand. Ein Stern Abzug gab es nur wegen der Küche, die doch ein wenig unterdimensioniert für eine vierköpfige Familie ist. Zudem hätten wir uns eine Abzugshaube oder Ofen für die Küche gewünscht. Im Großen und Ganzen absolut zu empfehlen und werden wir wohl zukünftig wieder aufsuchen, da das Zillertal noch so einige Plätzen bietet, die wir noch nicht gesehen haben. A very nice cabin with a fantastic view. The landlady is very nice and takes care of all questions or needs of the guest really very devotedly. The premises were very reasonable in terms of price / performance. As a city dweller you first have to get used to driving on mountain roads on which there is only space for a car, but after a few times it was very easy. There was only one star deduction because of the kitchen, which is a little undersized for a family of four. We would also have liked an extractor hood or oven for the kitchen. On the whole, absolutely to be recommended and we will probably visit again in the future, as the Zillertal still offers a few places that we have not yet seen.
