Sehr nette Leute, schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Sommer. Die Ferienwohnung Nordseite ist neu renoviert und perfekt für Vier.

Great place and I can recommend it. First the pros - If you are more on the quiet side, the place is about a kilometer or two from Mondsee, so it's a bit more quiet than if you are in the town. Walking from there and back wasn't that bad (I expected worse at first sight), but it definitely wasn't like a walk in the park either, cause you have to climb a little bit to get that nice view. Speaking of the view - it was definitely great. Waking up and seeing the lake and the mountains and a bunch of cows casually walking around was a thing that always gave me a comfy feel. The host Theresa doesn't speak English, but her daughter (I'm guessing it's daughter) does and so does her granddaughter (to an acceptable level at least lol, she was like 10), so you won't have problem with the language that's for sure. Also they did help us with trivial things like giving us washing powder, so that was nice. If you are the type of person who likes to cook, you won't be dissapointed, cause the kitchen has everything to make yourself a meal. I do also have a few cons to note - firstly we booked two rooms and the differences between them were obvious. One of them had much better appliances, like a better washing machine and a bit bigger TV, the one I was in also had a bit worse net connection (that might be my phone tho). There was a black cat that used to get to us every now and then, which to me at least wasn't a problem, cause he was cuuute, but I'd be careful and close the doors faster if I had an allergy or something. That's it from me.

The owners are very kind and helpful. The furnishings are not new but everything works fine. There is swimming pool and playing corner in the garden. The highway can be heard a little bit. The view from the balcony is scenery. It worths to choose the apartment with balcony.
