Familiäres Verhältnis zu den den Gästen. After a compulsory break of 1 year, another 4 days' stay. Good price / performance ratio! The house is ideal for activities. Family relationship with the guests.

Neben der netten und Familiären Betreuung durch die Eigentümer und dem Personal gibt es hier ein Frühstück der Spitzenklasse . Für Ausflüge in der wunderschönen Wachau ist hier der Ideale Startpunkt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. We try to spend a few days here every year. In addition to the friendly and familiar care by the owners and the staff, there is a top-class breakfast here. This is the ideal starting point for excursions in the beautiful Wachau. We'll be back for sure.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Frühstück war auch perfekt! Klare Weiterempfehlung :) Great place to stay !! We felt completely at ease during our stay! The staff is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was perfect too! Clear recommendation :)
S	Siggi Kapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Zuge unserer Fahrradtour Passau-Wien in diesem Hotel übernachtet und waren gar nicht zufrieden. Unsere Zimmer waren dermaßen ausgekühlt, dass man auch nachts unter der Decke nicht warm wurde - bei Außentemperaturen von 26° am Tage ( Einfachverglasung). Ich hatte glutenfreies Frühstück bestellt - es war kein Brot da, musste vom Spar geholt werden - 20 Minuten Wartezeit, danach wurde mir das trockene Brot hingestellt. Ich bat darum das Brot zu toasten, dieses dauerte wieder 15 Minuten. Meine Mitreisende war inzwischen mit frühstücken fertig. Der Frühstücksraum ist ca. 4 x 3 Meter groß und wir saßen mit ca. 18 Leuten in diesem Raum. Es wurde kein Fenster geöffnet ( wir haben dann geöffnet, auch die Tür zum Flur wurde immer wieder geschlossen, obwohl wir ein paarmal die Tür geöffnet hatten. Es wurde von Seiten einer Hotelkraft in einem dermaßen lauten Ton gesprochen, dass man jedes mal einen Schrecken bekam, ( diese Kraft war konstant unfreundlich ). Also wir können dieses Hotel gar nicht empfehlen !! We stayed at this hotel on our Passau-Vienna bike tour and were not at all satisfied. Our rooms were so cold that you couldn't get warm under the covers even at night - with outside temperatures of 26 ° during the day (Single glazing). I had ordered gluten-free breakfast - there was no bread, had to be fetched from Spar - 20 minutes waiting time, then the dry bread was put out to me. I asked to toast the bread, it took another 15 minutes. My fellow travelers had meanwhile finished their breakfast. The breakfast room is approx. 4 x 3 meters and we sat with approx. 18 people in this room. No window was opened (we then opened, and the door to the hallway was closed again and again, although we had opened the door a couple of times. A hotel employee spoke in such a loud tone that you got a fright every time (this employee was constantly unfriendly). So we can't recommend this hotel at all!

C	Christina Gibson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this family business, all of the staff we’re so amazing. I don’t speak German and they were very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond. Filling traditional breakfast. Very clean rooms and amenities. I would stay here again if I came back to Spitz. Great location to bus, cafes and information centre. Plus you can see the sparkling river from the front window and gorgeous mountain vineyard views from the rooms. The building is old but so well maintained, lots of charm.
