J	Jan Schillemans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich ist das Gästehaus keine schlechte Anlaufstation für einen Urlaub, da dessen Lage an der Piste gut ist (außer für Apré-Ski) und das Zimmer sauber war. Dennoch gebe ich dem Gästehaus aus folgenden Gründen nur 2 Sterne: -Wenn man nachmittags noch Apré Ski feiern möchte, muss man einen steilen Berg hochlaufen, da sich das Gästehaus zwar an der Piste befindet, aber nur von der Kanzelwand-Talabfahrt direkt erreichbar ist. -Einen Fitnessraum gibt es nicht, obwohl er auf der Webseite beworben wird. -Die Sauna und die dazugehörige Dusche sind aufgrund von Schimmelbildung und Abnutzung extrem renovierungsbedürftig. Man kann dort nicht aufrecht sitzen, wenn man 1,80 m groß ist. -Für viel zu kleine „Sauna-Handtücher“ wurden 2€ Gebühr und pro Saunatag pro Person 6€ berechnet, was für den Zustand der Saune nicht gerechtfertigt ist. -Zahlung mit EC- oder Kreditkarte war nicht möglich, eine Live-Online Überweisung wurde abgelehnt und wenn man nicht so viel Bargeld bei sich hat, wird man mit Unmut angewiesen, man solle dann gefälligst schnell zur Bank gehen. -Das Gästehaus ist im Stile der 70er Jahre ziemlich altbacken und bietet kein WLAN. -Die Vermieterin ist sehr unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Basically, the guest house is not a bad starting point for a holiday, as its location on the slopes is good (except for apré-ski) and the room was clean. Nevertheless, I only give the guest house 2 stars for the following reasons: - If you want to celebrate apré ski in the afternoon, you have to walk up a steep mountain, as the guest house is located on the piste, but can only be reached directly from the Kanzelwand valley run. - There is no fitness room, although it is advertised on the website. - The sauna and the shower belonging to it are extremely in need of renovation due to mold growth and wear and tear. You can't sit up there if you're six feet tall. - For “sauna towels” that were too small, a fee of € 2 was charged and € 6 per person per sauna day, which is not justified for the condition of the sauna. - Payment by debit or credit card was not possible, a live online transfer was refused and if you don't have that much cash with you, you are disgruntled and instructed to go to the bank quickly. - The guest house is rather old-fashioned in the style of the 70s and does not offer WiFi. - The landlady is very unfriendly and not very helpful.

Nachdem 4 Zimmer seit Monaten reserviert waren, wurde 3 1/2 Monate vor dem Besuch die Stornierung 1 (!) Zimmers angefragt. Antwort der Vermieterin: 80 % Stornokosten auf das 1 Zimmer oder komplette kostenfreie Stornierung aller Zimmer.... Muss man nicht verstehen, aber wer weiß, was einem erspart geblieben ist. In the end, no visit took place. Very unpleasant contact with the landlord. After 4 rooms had been reserved for months, the cancellation of 1 (!) Room was requested 3 1/2 months before the visit. Response from the landlord: 80% cancellation costs for the 1 room or complete cancellation of all rooms free of charge .... You do not have to understand, but who knows what has been saved.
M	Marcel Mekkering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fan-tas-tisch uitzicht over hele vallei! Genieten! Ietwat hoog gelegen, maar in no time wandel je het centrum in. Omhoog kent wel pittige stukjes, maar is ook best te doen. Klein beetje gedateerde inrichting, maar wel goed verzorgd en schoon. Prijzen zijn gunstig. 1x per week worden de 2 handdoeken per persoon gewisseld. Neem evt. zelf wat extra mee. Je kan vanuit de accomodatie naar de Schwandlift skiën en vandaar door naar de Kanzelwandbaan of naar de bushalte. Wel op tijd terug omhoog gaan ivm. laatste lift. Auto hoeft tijdens de vakantie niet gebruikt te worden. Top! Fantastic view over the whole valley! To enjoy! Slightly elevated, but in no time you walk into the center. Up does have spicy bits, but is also best to do. Small bit dated decor, but well maintained and clean. Prices are favorable. The 2 towels per person are changed once a week. Take if necessary. bring some extra yourself. You can ski from the accommodation to the Schwandlift and from there to the Kanzelwandbaan or to the bus stop. Go back up on time because of. last lift. Car does not have to be used during the holidays. Top!
B	Brigitte Hetkamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne das Haus schon seit Jahren, hier fühlt man sich wohl, es ist an der Skipiste und man kann fast sofort losfahren. I've known the house for years, you feel comfortable here, it's on the ski slope and you can start skiing almost immediately.
V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Oberwiese und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anbindung an die Piste ist direkt am Haus und in den Ort sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war schön, groß und sauber und wir konnten uns über sehr nette Gastgeber und ein leckeres Frühstück freuen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. We stayed at Haus Oberwiese for a week and we really liked it. The connection to the slopes is directly at the house and it is only a few minutes' walk to town. The room was nice, big and clean and we could look forward to very nice hosts and a delicious breakfast. We'd love to come back.

Die Lage und Aussicht ist wirklich super, allerdings muss man von der Ortsmitte ca. 5 Minuten ziemlich steil hochlaufen. Mit Ski ist allerdings der direkte Ein-Ausstieg zum Skigebiet bzw. zur Bushaltestelle Riezlern Post oder Kanzelwandbahn möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Frühstück schmeckt lecker. Es gibt direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz, die Skiausrüstung kann in einem Raum getrocknet werden. Außerdem sind die Vermieter sehr nett. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. We stayed at Haus Oberwiese for a week. The location and the view are really great, but you have to walk up quite steeply from the center of the village for about 5 minutes. With skis, however, it is possible to get on and off the ski area or to the Riezlern Post or Kanzelwandbahn bus stops. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast tastes delicious. There is a parking lot right in front of the house, and the ski equipment can be dried in a room. In addition, the landlords are very nice. I can only recommend it.
