Wir waren mit vier Personen vom 13.07.-20.07.2019 bei Familie Kohlhuber in der Ferienwohnung zu Gast und sind total begeistert von der Wohnung und der Umgebung. Wunderschöne, blitzsaubere Ferienwohnung, supernette Vermieter, tolle Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Auf den ersten Blick sieht man gleich, dass die Ferienwohnung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist und jedes kleine Detail, von der selbstgebauten Garderobe über den selbstgebauten Spiegel bis hin zur tollen selbstgebastelten Holzdeko, haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von der ersten Sekunde an pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Vom traumhaften Ausblick vom Balkon aus ganz zu schweigen! Frau Kohlhuber ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat immer tolle Ausflugsziele parat und man spürt sofort, dass sie möchte, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen, was ihr auch durch ihre Aufmerksamkeit und freundliche Art ohne Schwierigkeit gelingt :-) Mayrhofen ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar und wer nicht an der Straße entlang laufen möchte, kann den Weg am Fluß entlang wählen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das Wiedersehen! In two words: EVERYTHING SUPER !!!! We were guests with four people from July 13th to July 20th, 2019 at the Kohlhuber family's holiday apartment and we are totally enthusiastic about the apartment and the surrounding area. Wonderful, squeaky clean apartment, super nice landlord, great location with a fantastic view. At first glance you can see that the holiday apartment is furnished with a lot of love and every little detail, from the self-made wardrobe to the self-made mirror to the great self-made wooden decorations, made us feel right at home from the first second to have. Not to mention the fantastic view from the balcony! Ms. Kohlhuber is very helpful, always has great excursion destinations ready and you can tell immediately that she wants her guests to feel comfortable, which she manages without difficulty thanks to her attention and friendly nature :-) Mayrhofen can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and those who do not want to walk along the road can choose the path along the river. We would love to come back and look forward to seeing you again!

De uitrusting is nieuw, goed onderhouden en voorzien van alle comfort. De woning is rustig en centraal gelegen in het Zillertal tussen Mayrhofen en Finkenberg. Vanop het terras heb je een prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Haus Michaela is een aanrader in een prachtige streek. Superlatieven te kort om dit verblijf samen te vatten. Het was ons snel duidelijk: Hier komen we terug. After a warm welcome, we stayed with 8 (2 families) in Haus Michaela during the month of August. Haus Michaela is a spacious apartment. The equipment is new, well maintained and equipped with every comfort. The house is quietly and centrally located in the Zillertal between Mayrhofen and Finkenberg. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley. Haus Michaela is a must in a beautiful region. Superlatives too short to summarize this stay. It quickly became clear to us: Here we come back.

Einfach ein Traum mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Diese Wohnung können wir zu 100 % weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Arrive and feel good. A beautiful apartment, very clean, furnished with a lot of love. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic. Quiet wonderful location. Just a dream with very nice hosts. We can recommend this apartment 100%. We would definitely like to come back.

Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich traumhaft und die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber und für 8 Personen bestens geeignet. Für Skifahrer gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Ski und Schuhe sowie Busse zu den Bergbahnen nach Mayrhofen und Finkenberg. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch Michaela. Sie hat viele gute Tipps und ist sehr aufmerksam und um ihre Gäste bemüht. Regelmäßig hat sie gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder sie weiterhelfen kann ohne dabei aufdringlich oder kontrollierend zu sein. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einwände weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. The apartment is very spacious and furnished with many lovely details. The view from the balcony is really fantastic and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is extremely clean and ideal for 8 people. For skiers there are storage facilities for skis and boots as well as buses to the cable cars to Mayrhofen and Finkenberg. Particularly noteworthy is the great care provided by Michaela. She has lots of good tips and is very attentive and takes care of her guests. She regularly asked if everything was ok or if she could help without being intrusive or controlling. We can recommend the apartment without objection and would love to come back.

Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden, können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Super nice apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The hostess is very nice, takes care of her guests and always has a tip ready. We were very satisfied all round, can definitely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

I	Isobel Ojalvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay near Mayrhofen!! We were 3 adults and two kids, the apartment is well appointed and has a dishwasher, oven and stovetop. Beds are quite comfortable and it was lovely sitting on the balcony on the rest day!

This place is well equiped, is very clean and its location is very attractive for those who ski. 100 meters down the hill the is a bus stop (free of charge), Finkenberg ski lift is just 1600 meters up the hill. Free WiFi that works and the host - Michaela is very nice and friendly person. I highly recommend this place.
