â â â â â Die Vermieterin der Wohnung signalisierte zunĂ€chst, dass die Wohnung vakant sei und fragte an wo die Preisvorstellung des Mieters lĂ€ge. Nach dem Vorschlag eines Preises erfolgte umgehend eine Absage "aus privaten GrĂŒnden".
Offensichtlich wird hier versucht aus mehreren parallel laufenden Anfragen den maximalen Profit zu schlagen. Der Frust ĂŒber die unerwartete Absage beim potentiellen Mieter wird bewusst in Kauf genommen.

The landlady of the apartment initially signaled that the apartment was vacant and asked where the asking price of the tenant would be. After the proposal of a price was immediately a cancellation "for private reasons".
Obviously, the attempt is made to beat the maximum profit from several queries running in parallel. The frustration of the unexpected cancellation at the potential tenant is deliberately accepted.
Very, very annoying.
