Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für die angegebenen Personen. Wir kommen immer wieder gern nach Hochkrimml in diese schöne Wohnung. We come for years in this great apartment. We appreciate the nice uncomplicated contact to the landlord as well as the proximity to the ski slope. The apartment is very well equipped and offers enough space for the indicated persons. We always like to come to Hochkrimml in this beautiful apartment.
P	Paula Berkhout-Stam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen maart verbleef ik samen met mijn familie een week in Haus Marlene. Wij hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad! Haus Marlene is de ideale vakantiewoning. Het ligt op loopafstand van de skilift en je kan zelfs terug skiën tot aan het huis. De woning heeft van binnen een prettige huiselijke sfeer. Na een dag skiën is het heerlijk om bij de open haard te gaan zitten. De slaapkamers hebben goede warme dekbedden en doordat er twee badkamers zijn hoef je niet op elkaar te wachten. Er is zelfs een sauna aanwezig. Wat ook fijn is, is dat je via de woning naar de berging kunt. Hier kunnen de ski-spullen veilig staan en drogen. Ten slotte is er snelle wifi en zijn de Nederlandse televisiekanalen beschikbaar. De eigenares was goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam toen we een vraag hadden. De volgende vakantie staat al gepland! Last March I stayed with my family for a week in Haus Marlene. We had a fantastic holiday here! Haus Marlene is the ideal holiday home. It is within walking distance of the ski lift and you can even ski back to the house. The house has a pleasant homely atmosphere inside. After a day of skiing it is wonderful to sit by the fireplace. The bedrooms have good warm duvets and because there are two bathrooms you do not have to wait for each other. There is even a sauna. What is also nice is that you can go to the storage room through the house. Here the ski equipment can be stored and dried safely. Finally, there is fast wifi and the Dutch television channels are available. The owner was easily accessible and helpful when we had a question. The next vacation is already planned!
L	Lieske Verzijl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen week verbleven wij, net als vorig jaar, een week in maart in het appartement van de familie Berkhout in Hoch Krimml/Duxeralm. We komen al jaren in HochKrimml om een weekje te skiën en dit appartement is wat ons betreft veruit het fijnste. Behalve dat het gunstig ligt (dicht bij de skilift en de mogelijkheid om terug te skiën tot de voordeur) is het appartement, ook doordat de familie er zelf ook veel komt, heel goed en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is bijvoorbeeld meer dan genoeg serviesgoed en bestek, de matrassen, dekbedden en hoofdkussens zijn prima, er is een wasmachine en er zijn 2 badkamers. Ook de mogelijkheden om, bijvoorbeeld als het weer wat tegenvalt, gebruik te maken van de sauna in de woning zelf of om te pingpongen in de gemeenschappelijke kelder, worden door ons gewaardeerd. Fijn is natuurlijk ook dat de woning ook via de ski-berging bereikbaar is en niet te vergeten de tuin en het ruime terras (met tuinmeubels) op het zuiden. Kortom we hopen nog vaker, misschien ook een keer in de zomer (om te wandelen), terug te komen. Last week, just like last year, we stayed for a week in March in the apartment of the Berkhout family in Hoch Krimml / Duxeralm. We have been coming to HochKrimml for years to ski for a week and this apartment is by far the best in our opinion. In addition to being conveniently located (close to the ski lift and the possibility to ski back to the front door), the apartment is, also because the family comes there a lot, very well and nicely furnished and fully equipped. For example, there is more than enough crockery and cutlery, the mattresses, duvets and pillows are fine, there is a washing machine and there are 2 bathrooms. We also appreciate the possibilities to use the sauna in the house itself or to play table tennis in the communal basement, for example when the weather is not so good. It is of course also nice that the house is also accessible via the ski storage room, not to mention the garden and the spacious terrace (with garden furniture) on the south. In short, we hope to come back more often, maybe also in the summer (for walking).
F	Fleur van hagen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk huis! Ruime kamers, dubbele badkamer(zelfs een bad). In de wintersport-tijd zit je aan de piste. In de zomer zijn er ook genoeg activiteiten. Huis is voorzien van alle gemakken! Wij komen zeker een keer terug! Lovely house! Spacious rooms, double bathroom (even a bath). In the winter sports season you are on the slopes. In the summer there are also plenty of activities. House is fully equipped! We will definitely come back!
