L	Loes Meijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huis uit 1906, mooi opgeknapt, met mooie appartementen. Ligging aan de Markt, midden in Mauterndorf. Vee horeca in de buurt en op loopafstand van de kabelbaan. Zowel in de zomer als in de winter prima locatie. Zeer hartelijk ontvangst en goed contact met de eigenaren. House from 1906, nicely renovated, with beautiful apartments. Located on the Markt, in the middle of Mauterndorf. Cattle catering nearby and within walking distance of the cable car. Excellent location in both summer and winter. Very warm welcome and good contact with the owners.
a	alfons guhra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Tolle und geräumige FeWo`s mit sehr großzügigen Bädern/Duschen. Alles ist penibel sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Die Sauna ist gemütlich und mit einem tollen Ruheraum sowie großzügiger Nasszelle ausgestattet. Saunatücher stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Bestellungen für den Brötchenservice werden flexibel bis in den Abend hinein angenommen (Es gibt Vermieter in Mauterndorf, da geht dies nur bis 17:00 Uhr (!!)) / Ein großer, beheizter Skiraum steht zur Verfügung - auch hier: Suuupersauber!!! Alles in allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Schade nur, dass wir auf die Ferien angewiesen sind und das Haus in 2023 bereits zu dieser Zeit ausgebucht ist. Alles in allem: Eine glatte 1 mit Stern!! Very friendly landlord. Great and spacious apartments with very spacious bathrooms/showers. Everything is meticulously clean. The kitchen equipment is perfect. The sauna is comfortable and equipped with a great relaxation room and a spacious wet room. Sauna towels are sufficiently available. Orders for the bread roll service are accepted flexibly into the evening (there are landlords in Mauterndorf, this is only possible until 5 p.m. (!!)) / A large, heated ski room is available - here too: super clean!!! All in all a successful and relaxing stay. It's just a pity that we are dependent on the holidays and the house in 2023 is already fully booked at this time. All in all: A smooth 1 with a star!!
J	J N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here as one of two families for a week's skiing break in Feb. 2017. The apartments were fairly basic in terms of space but good value for money. The location in a quaint medieval Alpine village was very quiet but also very favourable for accessing a number of skiing regions. The hostess was friendly and responsive in our initial correspondence and also during our stay she was helpful with her local knowledge and general willingness to be of assistance. However, our impressions were spoiled by the way her behaviour changed towards us on our last day. It was made clear to us that we were expected to leave the premises by 10 a.m. on Sat morning. She then became very stressed, already reminding us 15 mins in advance, and then became very upset when we we cleared the apartments no more than 5 mins late. This was also due to two of our party falling sick overnight but unfortunately this fact - if anything - made her even more agitated and it just seemed that in the end she was glad to see the back of us. A shame, because those final moments spoiled what had been a very pleasant stay.
