We would love to come back when the time comes. Mr. Pilz is extremely nice and the room was more than enough for us. Quiet location and a beautiful garden. I wish Mr. Pilz the very best of health.

Room service not existent (in 4 days room was never made up whist the waste basket was emptied only once).
Breakfast mediocre (bread, butter and jam, ham and cheese served on your table - no buffet).
First day some speck was taken away from the refrigerator by the lady for a misunderstanding but never given back.
Fiscal receipt at check out was not released even on request.
Only plus - good and quiet location for visiting Hallstatt village / lake (in about 10 minutes by walk).
Overall, not recommended.
