Top accommodation, clean, cozy, everything you need available. Lift around the corner. Price absolutely fine. Definitely recommend.

Preis Leistung ist vollkommen in Ordnung The location of the apartment is perfect, to the ski lift is 300m walk, to the center of Ellmau 500m. Price performance is perfectly fine

Unsere Wohnung war für bis zu 8 Personen beworben, allerdings vom Platz kaum ausreichend dafür. 2 Schlafzimmer waren im Keller. 2 vom 4 Schlafräumen sind Durchgangszimmer. Clean and modern furnished apartment. Our apartment was advertised for up to 8 people, but hardly enough for the space. 2 bedrooms were in the basement. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are connecting rooms.

Insgesamt aber ok. + Lage nahe am Lift negativ: - Nicht nachvollziehbar ist allerdings, dass das Bad mit Toilette nicht abschliessbar ist. - Es wird mit 8 Personen geworben, davon müssen allerdings 2 in einem Durchgangszimmer und 2 auf einer kleinen Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schlafen. - Fast 160 € (ca. 2€/qm) für die Endreinigung müssen nicht weiter kommentiert werden. Fazit: Leider erweckt es den Anschein mit günstigen Premium zu werben, erfüllt es aber nicht. Zusätzlich wird der Preis durch die Hintertür deutlich gesteigert. positive: + The furnishings are rustic in the Alpine style. The space is a bit cramped. Overall ok. + Location close to the lift negative: - However, it is incomprehensible that the bathroom with toilet cannot be locked. - It is advertised with 8 people, but 2 of them have to sleep in a connecting room and 2 on a small sofa bed in the living room. - Almost € 160 (approx. € 2 / sqm) for the final cleaning do not need to be commented on. Conclusion: Unfortunately, it seems to advertise with cheap premium, but does not fulfill it. In addition, the price is increased significantly through the back door.
a	anoek Hoek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk appartement, nieuw schoon en licht. Wandelt binnen 5 min naar 2 verschillende pistes. Ook het balkon aan de woonkamer was erg fijn. Lovely apartment, new clean and light. Walks to 2 different slopes within 5 minutes. The balcony off the living room was also very nice.

Bij aankomst nog onverwachtse kosten die cash betaald moeten worden (beetje apart). Matrassen toe aan vervangen. Doorligplekken Great stay with almost all amenities, close to the ski lift.
