S	Sabine Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP1 ist eine sehr schöne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo. Besonders gut hat uns die große gemütliche Wohn-Essküche gefallen, in der man sowohl gut zusammen kochen, als auch gemütlich zusammensitzen und ggf auch spielen kann ( einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind vorhanden ). Bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick in die Berge genießen. Schlafzimmer sind nicht so groß , aber völlig ausreichend, Betten sind gut. .Praktisch auch die Trennung von Bad und WC. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, auch in der Wohnung war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Haus ist nicht hellhörig, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Top1 is a very nice, spacious and very well equipped apartment. In good weather you can sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view of the mountains. Bedrooms are not that big, but completely sufficient, beds are good. .Practically, the separation of bathroom and toilet. The house is very well maintained, even in the apartment everything was very neat and clean. The location is quiet, the house is not noisy, parking right in front of the house. We felt great and come again.
L	Lena Stegfellner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus Gloria TOP 1 Die Küche ist geräumig jedoch verschmutzt. An den Fronten sehr viele Fingerabdrücke und Schmutz vom Vorgänger. Besteck in den Laden noch mit Essensrückständen. Im Wasserkocher war noch das abgestandene Wasser vom Vorgänger. Die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm. Gitterbett und Hochstuhl wurde nach Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Jedoch handelte es sich nicht um einen Hochstuhl für Babys. Eher für Kleinkinder ab 2 Jahren. Der Hochstuhl hatte keine Absicherung/Bügel/Absturzschutz sodass ein 8 Monate altes Baby nicht darauf sitzen konnte. Unsere Prinzessin wäre schlichtweg runter gefallen. War eher als Sessel zu verwenden. House Gloria TOP 1 The kitchen is spacious but dirty. A lot of fingerprints and dirt from the predecessor on the front. Cutlery in the shop still with leftover food. In the kettle was still the stale water from the previous one. The bed sheets smelled bad. A cot and high chair were provided upon request. However, it was not a high chair for babies. More for toddlers from 2 years. The high chair had no protection / bracket / fall protection so that an 8 month old baby could not sit on it. Our princess would have simply fallen down. Was more to be used as an armchair.
C	Christian Hinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in der Wohnung "Top 1". Sie ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Sie eignet sich mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem mit 2 Hochbetten ideal für Familien, aber auch wir Erwachsene konnten problemlos in den Stockbetten schlafen. Insbesondere das Bad und die Küche sind neu und modern. Die große Küche und Esstisch sind perfekt, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen und den Abend mit ein paar Gemeinschaftsspielen ausklingen zu lassen. Alternativ gibt es aber auch einen TV. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist dennoch die Lage. In unter 5min kommt man zu Fuß zu einer kleinen Gondel, die direkt ins Skigebiet Hauser Kaibling führt. Zudem finden sich fußläufig einige Restaurants. Ich komme gerne wieder :) We were in the apartment "Top 1". It is very spacious and well equipped. With one bedroom with a double bed and one with 2 bunk beds, it is ideal for families, but we adults could also easily sleep in the bunk beds. In particular, the bathroom and the kitchen are new and modern. The large kitchen and dining table are perfect for cooking and eating together and ending the evening with a few community games. Alternatively, there is also a TV. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the location. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to a small gondola that leads directly to the Hauser Kaibling ski area. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance. I will gladly come again :)
