Haus Germania - Dorfstraße 97

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in Liftnähe in familiärer Atmosphäre.

Sehr zu empfehlen für Pilger. Ich war in der Zwischensaison in St. Anton und hatte Probleme eine Unterkunft zu finden. Durch Zufall bin ich im Haus Germania gelandet. Hier gibt es ein eigenes (sehr einfaches) Pilgerzimmer, in dem ich kostenlos übernachten durfte! Die Hausherrin ist sehr herzlich und hat mich sogar zum Abendessen eingeladen.

Wundervolle herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Die Hausherrin ist super nett und sympathisch. Parkplätze direkt vor Ort. Alles unkompliziert. Gerne jederzeit wieder, sehr zu empfehlen.

A few steps from the lift, nice bath and great service of the elderly lady as you follow her 2 strict rules (no noise after 21 hours and take good care of the house key:).

DO NOT BOOK THIS CHALET. 1 star is too many. I have just got back from St Anton and great destination but do not spoil the place by staying here. The elderley lady who runs this chalet is way behind the times and still lives in the 50's. She locked our kitchen and said it was because she didnt want to clean it after we left. She let herself in to our appt without knocking on several occasions and told us off for leaving the toilet light on and would switch it off. She also walked into the bathroom without knocking and my friend was totally naked. To get breakfast we would have to go to her appt and she would give us a bucket full of plates and glasses and poor qaulity food and terrible orange and we would have to take that upstairs to our appt and eat in our sitting area. I spilt a little orange on the comunal stairs carpet and she went mental. That was on the 1st day and from that point she made our holiday a nightmare. We had 2 keys for 4 an one night hid one outside for friends returning late and she must of heard us come in an go back out and hide it and she took the key and made out we lost it and the next day threw us out the appt at 9am. We later found that she had booked the appt out to someone else. We only had 1 more night of our 4 day break left and luckily found much better accomodation up the road. This woman (Claudia) is mad and will never make you feel comfortable she told us so many lies and is deceatful so do not settle for this accomodation. She ruined our annual break. We have skied resorts like this for 15 years and never met a person so unwelcoming and unreasonable. Dean 20/03/17

DO BOOK THIS GREAT PLACE Run by a 77 year old sweet and funny lady, this place is perfect. Close to the lifts, a bit away from the noisy partyplaces in the centre. The people who wrote the bad teview over here wete repeatedly warned for their rude, noisy, drunk and antisocial behaviour we were told by the lady of the house. They were the first ever she had to kick out. She has just 2 rules you need to stick to and they are normal rules. No noise after 21 hrs and don’t lose the key. We had a splendid time and even had some fun with the lady of the house. She has humor, good spirit and takes care of you like your mother. Will go there again!
