F	Fred van den Munckhof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een mooie vakantie had moeten worden is helaas anders gelopen. Al bij ontvangst viel ons een scheldkanonade ten deel. Wanneer je een weekje lekker ontspannen wilt Skieën in het mooie Gerlos, zorg dan dat je een ander appartement/hotel neemt. De uitbaters zijn alles behalve gastvrij. Ze schelden hun gasten uit en verwachten dat alles om 22.00 uur 's avonds stil is. En met stil bedoel ik ook echt stil. Een gesprek voeren met vrienden op een normaal volume was er niet meer bij. Ook vooraf gemaakte afspraken werden niet nagekomen, wat ons achteraf op extra kosten kwam te staan. Al met al reden genoeg om niet meer naar Haus Fanny te gaan. Gerlos zelf daarentegen is top. Unfortunately, what should have been a beautiful holiday turned out differently. Already on receipt we received a scheldonade. If you want to relax for a week skiing in beautiful Gerlos, make sure you take another apartment / hotel. The managers are anything but hospitable. They scold their guests and expect everything to be quiet at 10 p.m. And by silent I mean really silent. There was no longer a conversation with friends at a normal volume. Agreements made in advance were also not fulfilled, which resulted in extra costs for us afterwards. All in all, reason enough not to go to Haus Fanny anymore. Gerlos himself, on the other hand, is top.
W	Wichard Huisman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weekje vertoefd in het 2 kamer appartement. Heerlijk onderkomen op toplocatie naast supermarkt aan de hoofdstraat. Gondel op 5 minuten loopafstand. Ouder echtpaar zijn de eigenaren. Hebben door problemen met jeugd in het verleden besloten om alleen wat “oudere” gasten in huis te nemen. Supergastvrije mensen. Prijs/kwaliteit is top ! Week spent in the 2 room apartment. Lovely accommodation in prime location next to supermarket on the main street. Gondola at 5 minutes walking distance. Older couple are the owners. Due to problems with youth in the past, they have decided to only take in some "older" guests. Super hospitable people. Price / quality is top!
M	Mirko Hagemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus Fanny ist bei uns im Kurs ganz hoch! Wenn es um eine freundliche und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre geht ist man mit aller Hand bedient. Hauswirtin Franziska und Hauswirt Charlie empfangen uns seit vielen Jahren einmal im Winter und immer ist es wie ein Familien treffen. Haus Fanny ist die perfekte Umgebung wenn man sich abseits des Trubel entspannen will. House Fanny is in our class very high! When it comes to a friendly and hospitable atmosphere you are served with all your hand. Hostess Franziska and landlord Charlie have been welcoming us for many years once in winter and it is always like meeting families. House Fanny is the perfect environment if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle.
T	Tanja Barth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kommen schon seit Jahren zu Franziska und Charly und waren dieses Jahr Karneval dort. Das Appartement liegt mitten im Dorf und nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur Isskogelbahn. Man hat immer einen Stellplatz fürs Auto und ein Sparladen ist direkt nebenan , was bei einer Ferienwohnung natürlich super ist für die frischen Brötchen am Morgen. Sobald man angekommen ist, beginnt der Urlaub sofort, denn bevor man auslädt, muss man erst ein paar Obstler bei Franziska zu sich nehmen und ist damit direkt im Urlaubsmodus. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es gibt einen Flatscreen Fernseher, kostenfreies W-Lan und einmal die Woche Handtuchwechsel. Zudem gibt es einen Skiraum mit Skischuhheizer. Sollte irgendwas sein, sind Franziska und Charly immer ansprechbar. Der Urlaub endet immer so, wie er angefangen hat, am letzten Abend gibt es wieder lecker Obstler. Fazit: Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl bei den beiden und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! Dieses Jahr gab es eine Ehrung vom Tourismusverband, da wir 10 Jahre Gerlos besuchen, das war echt nett. Und immer bei Franziska und Charly. Also immer wieder gern, die schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht verstehen, die können nicht zu den beiden gehören, zumal Franziska nur selber Buchungen annimmt und nicht mit einem Reisebüro zusammen arbeitet. We have been coming to Franziska and Charly for years and were there for Carnival this year. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and only a 4 minute walk to the Isskogel cable car. You always have a parking space for your car and a convenience store is right next door, which of course is great for a freshly baked bread roll in the morning. As soon as you have arrived, the holiday begins immediately, because before you unload, you have to have a few Obstler at Franziska and you are therefore directly in holiday mode. The apartment is nicely furnished, there is a flat screen TV, free WiFi and a towel change once a week. There is also a ski room with a ski boot heater. Should anything be, Franziska and Charly are always available. The vacation always ends the way it started, on the last evening there are delicious fruit schnapps again. Conclusion: We feel completely comfortable with the two and will be back next year! This year there was an award from the tourism association, since we have been visiting Gerlos for 10 years, that was really nice. And always with Franziska and Charly. So gladly again and again, we cannot understand the bad reviews, they cannot belong to the two, especially since Franziska only accepts bookings herself and does not work with a travel agency.
P	Pieter Stoel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen februari naar Gerlos geweest met groep vrienden. Appartement was qua faciliteiten prima, maar we voelden ons hier wel een beetje 'gecontroleerd'. Mochten geen muziek draaien, niet meer na 22:00uur in onze eigen keuken komen en bij een gesprek tussen meerdere personen op normaal Niveau kwam de eigenaresse in haar badjas (die direct onder het appartement woont) meteen klagen over het geluid. Wel leuke wintersport gehad maar zou met een groep vrienden hier niet meer heen gaan Last February went to Gerlos with a group of friends. Apartment was fine in terms of facilities, but we felt a bit 'checked' here. We were not allowed to play music, we were not allowed in our own kitchen after 10 pm and in normal conversation with several people Level came the owner in her bathrobe (who lives directly under the apartment) immediately complaining about the noise. Prima appartement, heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Prima ligging, ongeveer 5 minuten lopen van de Isskogel bahn. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en komen graag volgend jaar weer. We have been to Fransska and Charlie's several times. Very welcoming reception with delicious schnapps from Fransesca. Great apartment, very clean and everything you need is there. Great location, about 5 minutes walk from the Isskogel bahn. We are very satisfied and would like to come again next year.

Snapps erbij om in de sfeer te komen is gewoon geweldig. 2 kamer appartement is keurig, goede (nieuwe) uitgeruste keuken waar je met 2 personen prima kunt ontbijten. Stoelen zouden iets makkelijker mogen zitten. Badkamer is prima, balkon en kamer uitstekend, schoon en opgeruimd. Een grote kast is aanwezig om kleding op te hangen.. Ontbijt haal je zelf bij de Spar die 10 sekonden van je appartement te vinden is. Overlast??? Nooit ervaren. Omdat het appartement 400 m van de Isskogelbahn staat is dit een aanrader voor de wintersporter. Kortom: Als je basic wilt overnachten zonder poespas: Ga naar Fransizka: goede ontvangst, uitstekende kamer en dat voor een goede prijs. Good, friendly reception on arrival. Really as a gasthof should do. Snapping it to get into the atmosphere is just great. 2 room apartment is neat, good (new) equipped kitchen where you can have breakfast with 2 people. Chairs should sit a little easier. Bathroom is fine, balcony and room excellent, clean and tidy. A large closet is available to hang clothes. You can get breakfast yourself at the Spar, which can be found 10 seconds from your apartment. Nuisance??? Never experienced. Because the apartment is 400 m from the Isskogelbahn, this is a must for winter sports enthusiasts. In short: If you want to stay overnight without fuss: Go to Fransizka: good reception, excellent room and that for a good price.
V	Volker Hermes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Balkon. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Mit Skikeller. Die Talstation zur Gondel erreicht man gut zu Fuß in ca. 8 min.. Very nice apartment with balcony. Very nice hosts. With ski cellar. The valley station to the gondola can be easily reached on foot in about 8 minutes.
