M	Mario Brameshuber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team ist seit Anfang Dezember 2017 neu und man merkt es: es gibt keine Riesenauswahl auf der Speisekarte, sondern ein paar Standardspeisen, falls man sich auf der Tageskarte nichts findet. Wir hatten Suppe (einer der besten Suppen seit langem - wirklich liebevoll zubereitet mit Rindfleischstücken in der Fritatten- und der ausgezeichneten Leberknödelsuppe) und eine Gänsekeule. Diese war sehr saftig, frisch aus dem Backofen und wurde mit dreierlei Beilagen serviert. Auch der Schweinsbraten, der am Nebentisch serviert wurde und vom Chef in der Gaststube portioniert wurde, hat ausgezeichnet ausgeschaut. Abgerundet wird das gute Essen mit interessanten Bierspezialitäten kleiner Brauereien und lokalen Weinen. Eine Einkehr nach einer Wanderung ist somit absolut empfehlenswert! The team has been new since the beginning of December 2017 and you can tell: there is not a huge selection on the menu, but a few standard dishes if you can't find anything on the menu of the day. We had soup (one of the best soups in a long time - really lovingly prepared with pieces of beef in the fry and the excellent liver dumpling soup) and a leg of goose. It was very juicy, fresh from the oven and served with three kinds of side dishes. The roast pork, which was served at the next table and portioned by the chef in the dining room, also looked excellent. The good food is rounded off with interesting beer specialties from small breweries and local wines. A stop after a hike is therefore absolutely recommended!

Beautiful location, great food, very friendly, I can recommend it. The only strange thing is that an extra plate to share is € 1.50 (??)
W	Wolfgang BAECK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was positiv ist muss gesagt werden. Man bestellt ein Glas Wein und bekommt auch ohne Aufforderung ein Karaffe Wasser (mit Minze u. Zitrone). Käsespätzle werden mit ordentlichem Käse (aromatisch), Zwiebelringen und Schnittlauch serviert (so wie es sich gehört) und besonders erwähnenswert der grüne Salat dazu, der nicht im Dressing ertränkt war sondern frisch und knackig war. Das Service ist überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. What is positive has to be said. You order a glass of wine and get a carafe of water (with mint and lemon) without being asked. Cheese spaetzle are served with good cheese (aromatic), onion rings and chives (as it should be) and especially noteworthy is the green salad, which was not drowned in the dressing but was fresh and crunchy. The service is extremely attentive and friendly.

The food looked good, but since my soup still wasn't there after waiting an hour, I had to leave the restaurant hungry.

Es gibt GRATIS eine Flasche Wasser zum Essen und nach dem Essen ebenfalls GRATIS ein Kirschschnapserl. ??? Preis-Leistungsverhältnis total stimmig, Bedienung freundlich! Wir kommen wieder. ? Simply excellent! Very nice atmosphere, food tastes great. Had Surschnitzel with chips and salad. There is a FREE bottle of water to eat and after the meal also a cherry schnapps for FREE. ??? Value for money totally consistent, service friendly! We will be back. ?

Nebenbei besteht auch noch die Möglichkeit zur Besichtigung der Höhle, allerdings nur gegen Voranmeldung. War ein echt schöner Nachmittag. Very good food, the new tenant / chef is not just trying to make a good meal, but the plate is visually nicely decorated. Incidentally, there is also the opportunity to visit the cave, but only by appointment. It was a really nice afternoon.
U	Umut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestes Hüttenessen das ich je im Leben gegessen habe. Cordon Bleu schmeckt unglaublich gut, die Portionen sind groß und Preise fair! Best hut meal I have ever eaten in my life. Cordon Bleu tastes incredibly good, the portions are large and prices are fair!
