My daughter is learning to ride on very well trained Icelandic horses. Very nice, generously designed equestrian facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich würde mein Kind nicht mehr in diese Unprofessionellen Hände geben. Hier bezahlt man hauptsächlich fürs Striegeln und Hufauskratzen! Es gab sogar einen Reitunfall wärend einer Reitstunde!
I wouldn't put my child in these unprofessional hands anymore. Here you mainly pay for grooming and hoof scraping! There was even a riding accident during a riding lesson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter hatte heute die 10te Reitstunde und kurz vorm Ende fing das, an der Lounge geführte Pferd zu buckeln an und meine Tochter fiel mit voller Wucht gegen die Bande, so dass sie keine Luft mehr bekam und sie starke Abschürfungen hatte. Dann wurde mir erklärt meine Tochter sei selber Schuld weil sie die Füße vor und zurück schaukelte! Ich finde diese Person kann nicht mit Kinder umgehen da sie keine Geduld hat und auch kein Einfühlungsvermögen. Da sie meiner Tochter nicht aufhalf nach ihrem Sturz und eine Entschuldigung oder ein Es tut mir leid, war auch nicht zu hören! Es ist wirklich eine Frechheit!
My daughter had the 10th riding lesson today and shortly before the end the horse led in the lounge started to buck and my daughter fell with full force against the gang, so that she could no longer breathe and she had severe abrasions. Then I was told my daughter was to blame for rocking her feet back and forth! I think this person cannot deal with children because they have no patience and no empathy. Since she didn't help my daughter up after her fall and an apology or a sorry, couldn't be heard either! It really is a cheek!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a disappointment, especially considering the high standard of Austrian accommodations. The heating was inadequate and was switched off during the night. Our room in the apartment was barely any warmer than the street. The internet connection was also ridiculous; the landlord gave us a 2G mobile wifi router which operated with 1 or zero bar signal strength, making it effectively useless. Finally, the spa was quite far from the apartment, which is bothersome in winter as you have to walk in the cold after a sauna session.
2 points because the layout of the apartment was okay (3 well separated bedrooms), and because there was plenty of hot water.
