Eigentlich 5 Sterne, wäre da nicht der Chef Herr Dipl. PT Alexander Sommer. Äußerst unfreundlich und überheblich. Von Kundenfreundlichkeit weit entfernt.
Muss ich mich als Patientin anschnauzen lassen, weill ich 3 Minuten zu spät komme? Wird ja eh von meiner Massagezeit abgezogen.
The therapists at the Haus der Gesundheit Kramsach are great. Friendly, competent and tried hard.
Actually 5 stars, if it weren't for the boss, Mr. PT Alexander Sommer. Extremely unfriendly and arrogant. Far from customer friendliness.
Do I have to be snapped off as a patient because I am 3 minutes late? Will be deducted from my massage time anyway.
