Zimmer leider sehr abgewohnt (Oma style), Flecken im Teppich. Aber ein echt toller Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Straßenlärm hörbar aber nicht allzu laut Great location in the middle of Bad Kleinkirchheim, super uncomplicated boss, delicious breakfast - there is something for everyone. Room unfortunately very shabby (grandma style), stains in the carpet. But a really great balcony with a wonderful view. Street noise audible but not too loud

Frühstück ist einfach - jedoch alles vorhanden was jeder einzelne möchte (Wurst,Käse,Joghurt,Kompott, Müsli, Gebäck und Brot). Zimmer war total in Ordnung und sauber- ja Teppichböden sind im Zimmer und auch das Bad ist mit neutralen Fliesen ausgestattet- vielleicht nicht Jedermanns Geschmack- aber für uns zählt die Sauberkeit und nicht das Design. Heidi hilft wo sie nur kann und fragt immer wieder nach. Auch als wir früher abreisen mussten (Corona) hat Heidi sich so bemüht und sogar Essen etc. angeboten. Ist nicht selbstverständlich und man merkt dass hier viel Herz dabei ist. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und die Herzlichkeit die heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Heidi and Jakob are very dedicated hosts and the guest is king here. Breakfast is simple - but everything is available that each individual would like (sausage, cheese, yoghurt, compote, muesli, pastries and bread). The room was totally in order and clean-yes, there are carpets in the room and the bathroom is also furnished with neutral tiles-maybe not to everyone's taste-but for us it was the cleanliness that counted and not the design. Heidi helps where she can and keeps asking questions. Even when we had to leave earlier (Corona), Heidi tried so hard and even offered food etc. Is not a matter of course and you can tell that a lot of heart is involved here. Thank you for the great holiday and the cordiality that is no longer a matter of course these days.

E uscita e in 5 minuti e tornata con delle brioche e crafen freschi.. Questo fa capire quanto ci tiene al suo lavoro.. Camera pulita.... Da ritornare. Ez bosszanto, de azert tultettuk magunkat ezen az apronak nem mondhato trukkon. Polite, clean, pleasant place. My only problem was that we didn't get the 40 sqm room we ordered and paid for. It's annoying, but we've put ourselves on this little trick.
