S	Sebastian Schmid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferienwohnung mit dem Charme und dem Komfort einer Jugendherberge, was durch den Aushang einer Hausordnung und strenge Regelungen zum Check-out (keine Minute länger als 10:00 Uhr unter Androhung einer Strafzahlungen) unterstrichen wird. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt, abgewohnt und um Stücke vom Möbeldiscounter ergänzt. Selbiges gilt für die Dekoration. Die Gastfreundschaft wird durch die Aufschrift auf der Kaffeemaschine am besten beschrieben: „Kapseln für mich gibts beim Hofer“. Für den privaten Seezugang gibt es drei statt der verdienten zwei Sterne. Holiday apartment with the charm and comfort of a youth hostel, which is underlined by the posting of house rules and strict rules for check-out (not a minute longer than 10:00 a.m. with the threat of fines). The decor is very old, shabby and supplemented by pieces from the furniture discounter. The same applies to the decoration. The hospitality is best described by the inscription on the coffee machine: "Capsules for me are available at the Hofer". For private lake access there are three stars instead of the well-deserved two.

Haus liegt etwas auf der Anhöhe was zu einem wunderbaren Ausblick führt und die am See allgegenwertige Eisenbahn etwas abschirmt. Privatstrand am wunderschönen Wörthersee inklusive. Tolles Service seitens der Vermieterin. Sehr flexibel. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Very good location because only a few meters from the center in Pörtschach. House is located on the hill which leads to a wonderful view and the lake on the all-important railroad something shields. Private beach on the beautiful Wörthersee included. Great service on the part of the landlady. Very flexible. A place to feel good.
M	Martin Gulde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Lage - leider kein Herz! Fragwürdiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung liegt zentral nah dem Zentrum von Pörtschach und auch der Steg zum See ist schön. Leider jedoch liegt die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Haus und die Bahngleise dahinter, sodass Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern nicht möglich war. Das Mobilar ist uralt, wirkt wie über die Jahrzehnte zusammengesammelt und lädt nicht zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Sitzecke in der Küche ist mit billigen Teppichen abgedeckt, sodas die Gäste sie bloß nicht schmutzig machen. Am störendsten war der gefühlte Mangel an Wärme und Gastfreundschaft: "Fühlen Sie sich wie zuhause. ABER: Seien Sie nicht zu laut, bringen Sie den Müll runter und verlassen Sie die Wohnung besenrein (trotz 50€ Entreinigung), machen Sie das Licht Flur aus, vergessen Sie nicht die Tür abzuschließen, vergessen Sie nicht den Check-out um spätestens 10h. In diesem Ort dominiert leider eher Umsatz und Hausordnung, nicht das Wohl des Gastes. Schade! Good location - unfortunately no heart! Questionable price-performance ratio. The apartment is centrally located near the center of Pörtschach and also the jetty to the lake is beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the main road is right in front of the house and the train tracks behind it, so sleeping with open windows was not possible. The furniture is ancient, looks like collected over the decades and does not invite you to feel good. The sitting area in the kitchen is covered with cheap rugs, so the guests just do not get them dirty. The most disturbing thing was the perceived lack of warmth and hospitality: "Feel at home BUT: Do not be too loud, bring the garbage down and leave the apartment swept clean (despite 50 € cleaning), turn off the light corridor , do not forget to lock the door, do not forget to check out at latest 10h. In this place unfortunately dominated more sales and house rules, not the welfare of the guest. Pity!
L	Lilli Sonnenschein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumhafter Platz am Wörthersee, wo man ganz ungestört entspannen kann, da man das große Seegrundstück fast für sich ganz alleine hat (nicht so wie bei vielen anderen Hotels, wo man "Liege an Liege" seinen Urlaub verbringt oder um einen Platz am Steg oder Wiese kämpfen muss). Nette, sehr saubere Wohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor , alles da, was man braucht - Auto hat auch Platz im Carport, was will man da noch mehr: HIER IST DER GAST NICHT NUR KÖNIG; SONDERN KAISER! Fantastic place at Lake Wörthersee, where you can relax completely undisturbed, as you have the large lakefront almost all to yourself (not like many other hotels, where you "Liege an Liege" spend his vacation or a place on the dock or meadow has to fight). Nice, very clean apartment with a feel-good factor, everything there, what you need - car has space in the carport, what more could you ask for: HERE IS THE GUEST NOT ONLY KING; SPECIAL EMPEROR!
