j	jan van Deursen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haus am wald in Ledenitzen karintie is een grandioos onderkomen voor zowel ouderen als kleine kinderen,die hier zonder gevaar lekker kunnen ravotten in een geweldige tuin met zwembad en legio kinderspeel voorzieningen. Je wordt zeer vriendelijk met een bier,fris of snaps door de eigenaars ontvangen zelfs een heerlijk stuk spek ontbreekt niet. Het prachtige appartement super schoon laat niets te wensen over, en door de eigenares worden we ingelicht over de hoogtepunten van de verre omgeving. Wij gaan onze 3e week in en hebben ons nog geen moment verveeld!! Ook de derde week niets waar het aan ontbrak. Eigenaresse kwam altijd wel even informeren of de tip die ze daags ervoor gegeven had voldoening had gegeven. we hebben niets dan lof hoe dit bedrijf gerund wordt. bij het afscheid hadden we al spijt dat we weer naar Holland moesten. Heb eigenlijk maar een slogan die alles dekt; als U vakantie wilt naar de zin bekijk dan zeker dit huis HAUS AM WALD. Nadje en Martin dank voor de heerlijke weken Haus am Wald in Ledenitzen Carinthia is a grandiose retreat for both the elderly and small children, who can safely romp around in a wonderful garden with swimming pool and countless children's play facilities. You will be very friendly with a beer, soda or snaps received by the owners even a delicious piece of bacon is not missing. The beautiful apartment super clean leaves nothing to be desired, and we are informed by the owner about the highlights of the distant surroundings. We are entering our 3rd week and have never been bored !! Also the third week nothing missing. Owner always came to inquire if the tip she had given the day before had given satisfaction. we have nothing but praise for how this company is run. When we said goodbye we were already sorry that we had to go to Holland again. U	Ulrike Teichert-Bouillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung bei netter und sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Vermieterin; wunderschöne Gegend, sehr vielseitige Freizeitbeschäftigungen möglich, vom Waldwandern über Bergwandern bis zum Gammeln am See oder im Pool, Ausflüge in die Julischen Alpen in Slowenien und Sightseeing in Villach und Klagenfurt, alles gut möglich von hier aus. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt und hatten super Wetter. Wir können das "Haus am Wald" und die Gegend nur empfehlen. Auch die Gastronomie in der Gegend ist gut und preiswert. Well equipped apartment with nice and very attentive and helpful landlady; beautiful area, very varied pastimes possible, from forest hiking over hiking in the mountains to bamming on the lake or in the pool, trips to the Julian Alps in Slovenia and sightseeing in Villach and Klagenfurt, everything is possible from here. We had a great rest and had great weather. We can only recommend the "Haus am Wald" and the area. The gastronomy in the area is good and cheap.
C	Claudia Deitmerg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schönes Domizil, wunderschöner Garten mit Liebe zum Detail, großer, sauberer Pool, Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, Vermieterin ist superfreundlich und kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sucht extra Touren aus, gibt zahlreiche Tipps etc.Brötchenservice morgens möglich, essen auf dem eigenen Balkon oder der Gemeinschaftsterasse, die auch überdacht ist. Motorrad konnte in einer Garage abgestellt werden, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Fahrräder ebenfalls vorhanden. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub für uns, wir wären gern länger geblieben, da Kärnten viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Very nice home, beautiful garden with attention to detail, large, clean pool, apartment clean and equipped with everything, landlady is super friendly and takes care of their guests, without being intrusive. Look for extra tours, are numerous tips etc.Brötchenservice in the morning possible, eat on your own balcony or the communal terrace, which is also covered. Motorcycle could be parked in a garage, plenty of parking in front of the house, bicycles also available. It was a fantastic holiday for us, we would have liked to stay longer, as Carinthia offers many possibilities.

Die Ferienwohnung, die Anlage und der Pool waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Lage und Ausstattung war genaus so wie sie im Prospekt und im Internet präsentiert wurde. Wir können das Haus am Wald bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. We felt very at home. Already on arrival we were warmly welcomed and got very good tips for excursions and restaurants. The apartment, the grounds and the pool were in a very good condition and the location and facilities was just as it was presented in the brochure and on the internet. We can recommend the house at the forest without hesitation.
