Die unfreundliche Frau Buchsteiner an der Rezeption meinte bei meiner Anfrage betreffend Winter 2020/21, dass ich zurzeit kein Zimmer kriege, weil ihre Stammgäste Vorrang haben. Im Zuge des Gesprächs erfuhr ich von Frau Buchsteiner, dass ihr die neuen Kunden egal sind, weil sie genügend Stammgäste hat und obwohl sie zu dem, von mir angefragten Termin im Winter einige freie Zimmer hatte, konnte ich kein einziges reservieren, weil diese für die eventuellen Reservierungen von den Stammgästen freigehalten werden. Mit einer solchen Vorgangsweise und derartiger Behandlung eines Kunden war ich noch nie konfrontiert und ich finde es ausgesprochen präpotent. I advise against this accommodation! The unfriendly Ms. Buchsteiner at the reception When I asked about winter 2020/21, said that I can't get a room at the moment because their regular guests have priority. In the course of the conversation, I learned from Ms. Buchsteiner that she doesn't care about the new customers because she has enough regular guests and although she had a few free rooms on the date I requested in winter, I couldn't reserve a single one because they were for them possible reservations are kept free by the regular guests. I have never been confronted with such a procedure and such treatment of a customer and I find it extremely prepotent.

W	Willemijn Houter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima overnachtingsplek voor onze reis naar Kroatië. Lekker geslapen. Fijn dat onze hond er ook mocht verblijven. Jammer dat er bij het hotel zelf geen bar was. Ontbijt hebben we gemist omdat nog niet gereed was. Het buitenbad was wel heerlijk en prachtige omgeving! Great place to stay for our trip to Croatia. Slept good. Glad our dog was allowed to stay there too. Too bad there was no bar at the hotel itself. We missed breakfast because it was not ready yet. The outdoor pool was lovely and beautiful surroundings!
A	Annett Sachs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frau Buchsteiner ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausreichend und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der Schwimmteich läd zum Baden ein. Alles im allen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gern im nächsten Jahr wieder Ms. Buchsteiner is a very nice landlady. The breakfast offer is sufficient and there is something for everyone. The rooms are very clean and very nicely furnished. The outdoor facilities are well maintained and the swimming pond invites you to swim. All in all very recommendable. We would love to come back next year

I	Ivo Klaver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Haus am Hammerrain was very nice. A clean and cozy room with big balcony. Rosi is a very sweet and caring person and made our stay feel very comfortable. Breakfast was well organized. Not too much, but just what you need for a nice and versatile start of the day. Bed also felt great for us. Skibus stops in front of the door. Or 10 min by foot to the nearest ski lift. City centre just a few minutes by foot aswell. In the summer I think the garden looks amazing with the natural pool. Thank you for your hospitality Rosi!
