Nochmals, vielen lieben Dank, Frau Hautz. :-) Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Trotzdem ruhig genug, um den Urlaub so richtig genießen zu können. Und theoretisch kann man das Auto den ganzen Urlaub stehen lassen, da alles was man braucht in Reichweite ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Great apartment with a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser and a super nice and helpful host. Again, thank you very much, Ms. Hautz. :-) The house is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the town center. Still quiet enough to really enjoy your vacation. And theoretically, you can leave the car behind for the entire vacation, since everything you need is within reach. We will be back definitely.

Brötchen Service, top beheizter Ski-Raum, gut eingerichter Fitnessraum. Älter eingerichtete Zimmer aber sauber und gemütlich! Perfekt für einen Skiurlaub :) From Munich 2 hours away, easily accessible, great location to the slopes, no 20 meters from the front door to the slopes with which you can explore the entire ski resort Wilder Kaiser. Bread service, top heated ski room, well-equipped gym. Older furnished rooms but clean and comfortable! Perfect for a ski vacation :)

Die Zimmer sind schön geschnitten (ich kann hier nur über Appt. 01 und 02 urteilen), sauber und mit gratis WLAN versehen. Außerdem ist auch die Küche mit nahezu allem ausgestattet. Schön ist auch, dass Dank des breiten Treppenhauses innen und auch der Aufgang außen, der Keller für die Ausrüstung sehr gut auch mit der sperrigen Wintersportausrüstung erreicht werden konnte. Im Keller befinden sich noch eine kleine Sauna, ein Solarium und ein Sportraum, die alle einen guten Eindruck gemacht haben, jedoch für mich persönlich nicht zum Einsatz kamen. Die Wintersportler unter uns wird es freuen, dass man von der Haustür bis zum lift vielleicht 5 Minuten zu Fuß braucht. Es fährt zwar ein Bus, aber der braucht genau so lange. Das angrenzende Skigebiet ist sehr snowboardfreundlich und die Alm Preise sind auch noch im bezahlbaren Bereich. Das Dorfzentrum ist ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und für den Einkauf gibt's auch einen Spar ganz in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind direkt am haus vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus mit guter Lage und wirklich netten Vermietern. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann es jedem weiterempfehlen! A very cozy apartment house, with a friendly landlady! The rooms are nicely laid out (I can only judge apt. 01 and 02 here), clean and provided with free WiFi. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with almost everything. It is also nice that thanks to the wide staircase inside and the staircase outside, the basement for the equipment could be reached very easily even with the bulky winter sports equipment. In the basement there is a small sauna, a solarium and a sports room, all of which made a good impression, but were not used for me personally. The winter sports enthusiasts among us will be happy that it takes maybe 5 minutes to walk from the front door to the lift. There is a bus going, but it takes just as long. The adjacent ski area is very snowboard-friendly and the Alm prices are also affordable. The village center can also be reached on foot within a few minutes and there is also a Spar nearby for shopping. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. All in all a very nice, cozy house with a good location and really nice landlords. I was very satisfied and can recommend it to everyone!
K	Klemens Lübker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit 2014 fahren meine Frau und ich zum 9ten Mal in dieses Haus Alpin zu Frau Andrea Hautz.Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin,nett,zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Im Haus ist alles sehr sauber,gute und geräumige Appartements.Das Umfeld in Ellmau gefällt uns sehr gut. Since 2014 my wife and I have been going to this Haus Alpin for the 9th time to Ms. Andrea Hautz. She is a very good host, nice, courteous, very friendly and helpful. Everything in the house is very clean, good and spacious apartments. The environment in We like Ellmau very much.
