★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund einer Rohrverstopfung kontaktierte ich diese Firma, ein Mitarbeiter von Haunschmid Kanalservice kam sogleich vorbei um diese zu beheben. Bei der Behebung wurde infolgedessen ein Wasserschaden in Höhe von mehreren Tausend Euro verursacht, aufgrund von unsachgemäßer Einfüllung eines Rohreinigers durch den Mitarbeiter der Firma löste sich ein Rohr im unteren Stockwerk meines Nachbarn komplett auf.
Chef komplett uneinsichtig, haben alles abgestritten bis der Gutachter die Verätzung feststellte.
Mir werden trotzdem Mahnungen seit über einem Jahr geschickt dass die Rechnung des Einsatzes noch offen ist.
Äusserst ärgerlich und nicht nachvollziehbar!
Due to a clogged pipe, I contacted this company and an employee from Haunschmid Canal Service came by immediately to fix it. As a result, the repair caused water damage amounting to several thousand euros, due to the improper filling of a pipe cleaner by the company employee, a pipe on the lower floor of my neighbor completely disintegrated.
Boss completely unreasonable, denied everything until the appraiser found the burn.
Nevertheless, for over a year I have been sending reminders that the invoice for the operation is still open.
Extremely annoying and incomprehensible!
