Sobald das Essen ankam, fiel mir schon auf, dass sehr wenig Belag oben war. Das Schlimmste war aber, dass das Fleisch nicht ganz durch und roh war. Ich bin auch bei keinster Weise jemand der bei soetwas zimperlich ist, muss ich hier auch erwähnen. Das hat mir den Appetit verdorben. Es war einfach roh und äußerst pink, trotz des spärlichen Belages. Ich habe den Kellner gebeten, das nocheinmal in den Ofen zu geben, was sie auch taten, hat aber nicht geholfen. Sobald das nochmal gebracht wurde habe ich den Kellner darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Fleisch noch immer roh ist. Seine Antwort war, dass das Fleisch, sobald sich es mit dem Käse mischt, es normal sei und man da nichts mehr machen kann. Finde ich echt schade. Ich hätte mir eine mehr kundenorientiertere Handlungsweise gewünscht und erwartet, dass sie mich zum Beispiel fragen ob ich etwas anderes oder eine neue Pide möchte. I've been here three times so far, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Turkish pide with minced meat and cheese. As soon as the food arrived I noticed that there was very little topping on the top. The worst part was that the meat wasn't quite through and raw. I am in no way someone who is squeamish about something like that, I have to mention here. That ruined my appetite. It was just raw and extremely pink, despite the sparse topping. I asked the waiter to put this back in the oven, which they did, but didn't help. As soon as that was brought again I pointed out to the waiter that the meat was still raw. His answer was that as soon as the meat mixes with the cheese, it is normal and there is nothing to be done about it. I think it's a shame. I would have liked a more customer-oriented approach and expected them to ask me, for example, whether I want something different or a new pide.
