Los empleados me trataron bastante bien y eran muy amables conmigo. Sí alguien tiene algunas preguntas, se puede llamar simplemente y te explican todo muy bien! Great service! If someone needs to take a professional photo such as passport or CV, this place is the right place! The employees treated me quite well and were very kind to me. I am very happy with the service because it cost much less than commissioning a specific photographer to take good photos. If anyone has any questions, you can simply call and they explain everything very well!
A	Alfred Wurmitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich besuchte dieses Geschäft um mir ein neues Handy zu kaufen, da einige Kunden vor mir da waren musste ich zirka 20 minuten auf eine Beratung warten, dann wurde ich bedient. Ich habe mich dann relativ schnell für ein neues Handy entschieden ,es betrat während meines Kaufgespräches ein neuer Kunde das Geschäft und mein Verkäufer bat mich für eine Minute sich dem neuen Kunden zu widmen. Ich willigte ein wenn es nicht länger dauert als 2-3 minuten. Ich wartete dann 20 minuten und musste mitanhören das der andere Kunde sein neues Handy nicht bedienen konnte, es wurde sich alle Zeit der Welt dafür aufgewendet alle Einstellungen auf seinem Handy vorzunehmen und anzumelden. Ich wurde einfach stehen gelassen! Meiner Aufforderung mich jetzt doch bitte wieder zu bedienen wurde nicht folge geleistet. Ich verließ den Laden, ohne ein neues Handy. Ich ging am nächsten Tag zum Media Markt in die Alpenstrasse, wurde sofort und kompetent bedient und ging nach einer Angemessenen Zeit ( 10 minuten ) mit einem neuen Handy zufrieden nach Hause ! I visited this store to buy a new phone because some customers were in front of me, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a consultation, then I was served. I then decided relatively quickly for a new cell phone, it entered during my purchase a new customer's business and my seller asked me for a minute to devote to the new customer. I agreed if it does not take longer than 2-3 minutes. I then waited 20 minutes and had to listen to the fact that the other customer could not operate his new mobile phone, it was spent all the time in the world to make all the settings on his mobile phone and log on. I was just left standing! My request to please me now but again to serve was not followed. I left the store without a new phone. The next day I went to the Media Markt in the Alpenstrasse, was served immediately and competently and went after a reasonable time (10 minutes) with a new mobile phone home satisfied!

Am nächsten Tag wollte ich noch etwas einstellen lassen dabei wurde ich miserabel behandelt. Somit werde ich nicht mehr beim Hartlauer einkaufen n Bought a cell phone and had it set. Die Brille war dann 1a, zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Was könnte ich mir als Kunde noch mehr wünschen? I had glasses fitted in this branch. The staff were really very friendly, committed and gave excellent advice. The glasses were then perfect, to my complete satisfaction. What more could I ask for as a customer?
