Auch bei der Abholung wurde ich sofort bedient und hatte keine Wartezeiten. I have my glasses in Mürzzuschlag adapt. Ms. Moosburner was very competent, gave me good advice and was especially friendly! Even with the pickup I was served immediately and had no waiting.

Abgesehen von der Einrichtung des Handys hat mir gefallen, dass alle Fragen rund um beantwortet wurden. Auch wenn ich nur ein günstiges Handy kaufte, hat mich der Profi nicht einfach abgefertigt, sondern nahm sich die Zeit alles zu erklären. Handyversicherung/ Schutzfolie/Speicherkarte für meine vielen Fotos usw.. Es ist mir klar, dass Zusatzverkäufe geschult werden, aber mit so viel Begeisterung und Einsatz ist man das nicht mehr gewohnt. A top ? branch, friendly, helpful and competent. I've been to several branches but the one in Mürzzuschlag surpasses everything. Mr. Gschwandtner is very helpful and explains everything in a way that I can understand with my 60 years. A great team also the managing director always friendly and nice.

Es ging um optische Designer Sonnen Brillen um € 99,--, die zuständige Verkäuferin im Optik Bereich informierte uns vollkommen falsch ("es gibt keine Designer Brillen um diesen Preis - nur die normalen") Auf Nachfrage warum dann die Werbung direkt bei den Brillen anders lautet, ließ sie uns einfach stehen und widmete sich anderen Kunden. Wir fragten dann noch eine andere Verkäuferin, diese musste wieder die "Chefin" fragen - ohne Erfolg. Wir wurden einfach ohne ordentliche Auskunft stehen gelassen, es wurde uns nicht einmal ein Produkt angeboten oder gezeigt. Wenn sich lokale Firmen so verhalten, darf man sich nicht wundern wenn man nur mehr bei Amazon und Co. kauft, "keine" Beratung kann man Online auch bekommen. We went to the Hartlauer branch in Mürzzuschlag on Friday to find out about an offer regarding glasses (newspaper and on site). It was about optical designer sun glasses for € 99,--, the responsible saleswoman in the optics area gave us completely wrong information ("there are no designer glasses at this price - only the normal ones") When we asked why then the advertising directly with the glasses is different, she just left us and devoted herself to other customers. We then asked another saleswoman, who had to ask the "boss" again - without success. We were simply left without proper information, we were not even offered or shown a product. If local companies behave like this, you shouldn't be surprised if you only buy from Amazon and Co., you can't get "no" advice online either.
