D	Dani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu meiner Erfahrung mit der Filiale: Bereits bei Betreten des Geschäfts wurde, auch nach mehrmaligem höflichem Ablehnen, versucht, mir immer neue Produkte "anzudrehen", bei denen ich ausdrücklich gesagt habe, dass ich sie nicht benötige und mit der pseudo-freundlichen Stimmung war es merklich vorbei, als ich die Worte "Vertragskündigung" und "Tarifwechsel" erwähnte. Das Verkaufspersonal ging sodann teilweise auf Fragen gar nicht mehr ein, verhielt sich mir gegenüber total abweisend und die Fragen, die ich noch beantwortet bekommen habe, wurden mir schnippisch beantwortet. Beim Verlassen des Geschäftes bekam ich dann noch ein leises und unfreundliches „Auf Wiedersehen“, in das man wohl eher ein „Bitte geh jetzt“ hineininterpretieren hätte können. Meiner Meinung nach also leider die unfreundlichste Hartlauer-Filiale, die ich kenne und welche ich, nach mehreren negativen Erfahrungen wie den oben beschriebenen, ab jetzt tunlichst vermeiden werde. Hartlauer Weyer can forget, have a mask exemption, they make a fuss as if you were a leper. Hartlauer no longer does business with me.
