★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuschend! Kosten wesentlich höher als bei anderen Pflegeagenturen, die vermittelten Pflegerinnen- die schwächsten die wir für unsere Mutter je hatten. Habe den Vertrag wieder gekündigt.
Das einzig positive-Eine Mitarbeiterin war am Telefon immer sehr nett.
 Unfortunately, very disappointing! Costs much higher than with other care agencies, the placed nurses - the weakest we ever had for our mother. I canceled the contract.
The only positive thing - an employee was always very nice on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend, was die begleitenden Leistungen, Kosten ca. 475 Euro / Monat, betrifft, Werklohn der Betreuerin wird trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung ( Mails, Telefonate) zu spät überwiesen , auf Bezahlen/ Einheben der SVS wird vergessen!!!
Very disappointing in terms of the accompanying services, costs approx. 475 euros / month, the supervisor's wages are transferred too late despite repeated reminders (emails, phone calls), they forget to pay / collect the SVS!
