★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit rund einem Jahr waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Holzherd. Nachdem wir auf eigene Faust bereits recherchiert und auch die Produkte aus den Baumärkten in Erwägung gezogen hatten, haben wir uns entschlossen auch beim Fachmarkt vorbeizuschauen. Eines gleich vorweg: Ein Herd im Fachmarkt kostet nicht mehr als beim Baumarkt (gleiche Produktqualität vorausgesetzt), die Beratung jedoch unterscheidet sich um sprichwörtliche "Häuser". Wir brauchten zwei Beratungen mit ein paar Tagen Bedenkfrist bis wir uns für "unseren" Herd entschieden hatten. Auch hinsichtlich Anschluss und der erforderlichen Kleinteile wurden wir umfassend kompetent beraten. Die Lieferung erfolgte nach telefonischer Vorankündigung rasch, der Transport des rund 240 kg schweren Ofens ins Haus herein bis an den Aufstellungsort wurde sehr sorgfältig durchgeführt. Alles in allem, perfekt - absolute Empfehlung!
 We've been looking for a wood stove for about a year. After we had already researched on our own and also considered the products from the DIY stores, we decided to drop by the specialist store as well. One thing straight away: A cooker in a specialist store does not cost more than at a hardware store (assuming the same product quality), but the advice given differs by the proverbial "houses". It took us two consultations with a few days to think about it before we decided on "our" stove. We also received comprehensive and competent advice on the connection and the necessary small parts. The delivery took place quickly after prior notification by telephone, the transport of the approximately 240 kg stove into the house to the installation site was carried out very carefully. All in all, perfect - absolute recommendation!
