★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed a 5 night stay here in June. A small family owned hotel where the standard amenities are exchanged for great flexibility, service and super clean rooms. The inner yard is super cosy and it's a 7 minute work to the lake which is fantastic for a bath. Noise sensitive persons should know there's a train track outside where some trains also runs nighttime. Ran by father, mother and son. The son speaks good English, but the parents will mostly understand German.

+ Service (got a shirt ironed and bathing clothes washed without extra charge)
+ Balcony on most rooms (if not all)
+ great shades
+ Very clean! Best cleaned hotel I visited!
+ cosy inner yard
+ Beer is delicious, though limited to one local lager option
+ close to lake
+ a Wörthersee discount card complimentary when staying three nights or longer. That include free entrance to many beaches and attractions, and many attraction discounts
+ Bicycles to loan
- no iron on room
- no AC. Was manageable through keeping shades down daytime and windows open nighttime.
- Windows open nighttime means loud trains
- bar open until people leave. If you arrive late you risk the bar being closed.
- no boiler or coffee in room
- fridge is shared with others, however that means no fridge noise in room which is positive.
Would I come back? Yes! But when below 25°C to avoid train noise with open windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! We stay 2 days in this house and we enjoy our time! People is very nice and helpful! You have everything what you need! In the end we left usb stick there and the owner send it to us back home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five stars truly deserved. The super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Thomas, guarantees an at-home experience. Renovated, clean and well-maintained rooms. Wonderful, calm location that is walking distance to one of the best beaches on lake Wörthersee. Highly recommended.
And for the team.. two thumbs up! ??
