an abgelegenen feldern und wiesen wird es still. erst geht es mit den ziegen und den yogateilnehmer über einen weg hinauf in die schöne kärntner landschaft, leicht ansteigend auf eine schöne saftig grüne und blühende wiese. ein intensiver frühlingsduft erwartet uns.
auf einer kleinen eingezäunten fläche werden die yogamatten verteilt und die fünf ziegen begleiten das yogaseminar, mal fressend, spielend und immer mit den teilnehmern beschäftigt aber nie störend.
entspannt geht die yogastunde zu ende. mit neuen eindrücken verlassen wir die yogawiese, wieder in begleitung der ziegen zurück zum ausgangspunkt.
noch tage danach erinnere ich mich mit einem schmunzeln an die zeit zurück, mit den ziegen beim yoga.
goats yoga
it is quiet on remote fields and meadows. First it goes with the goats and the yogo takers over a way up in the beautiful carinthian landscape, slightly rising on a beautiful lush green and blooming meadow. an intense spring scent awaits us.
on a small fenced area the yoga mats are distributed and the five goats accompany the yogaseminar, sometimes eating, playing and always busy with the participants but never disturbing.
the yogastunde comes to an end relaxed. with new impressions we leave the yogawiese, again accompanied by the goats back to the starting point.
even days after, I remember the time with a smile, with the goats at yoga.
