Die Nudeln schmecken so wie bei der Oma früher. Die Nudeln sind alle in Handarbeit hergestellt und zeichnen sich durch
beste heimische bio Rohstoffe aus der Region aus. Der Verkaufsraum und die Produktionsstätte sind makellos Sauber.
Das junge Unternehmer Pärchen ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Zurzeit bieten sie über 9 verschiedene Sorten Nudeln an. (Saisonabhängig)
P.s.: mit PKW erreichbar, Parkplätze sind gegenüber.
For me the best Carinthian noodle manufactory.
The pasta tastes like the grandma earlier. The noodles are all handmade and stand out
best local organic raw materials from the region. The showroom and production facility are spotlessly clean.
The young entrepreneur couple is very friendly and accommodating.
Currently they offer over 9 different kinds of noodles. (Seasonal)
P.s .: reachable by car, parking is opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super gute Erdäpfel- und Kletzennudel. Wir haben die Nudeln beim Billa in Bodensdorf entdeckt und sind begeistert. Sicher sind auch alle anderen Nudeln super, aber Erdäpfel- und Kletzennudel haben wir bis jetzt probiert und die wurden sowohl von Erwachsenen als auch von den Kindern verschlungen.
Super good potato and Kletzennoodle. We discovered the noodles at Billa in Bodensdorf and are thrilled. Of course, all the other noodles are also great, but we have tried potato and Kletzennoodle so far and they were devoured by both adults and children.
