★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider habe ich eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Ich wollte den Akku meines Nexus 5 tauschen lassen. Geht nicht war die Antwort. Und Einsenden würde sich nicht lohnen, es wäre zu teuer und würde nichts bringen, da das Handy zu alt sei.(4Jahre).
Inzwischen habe ich einen neuen Akku bekommen, in einem Shop in Graz, hat 30 Euro gekostet und das Handy funktioniert wie am ersten Tag.
Unkorrekte Aussagen eines sogenannten Fachmannes sind für mich absolut inakzeptabel! Wenn man es vor Ort nicht reparieren kann, erwarte ich wahrheitsgemäße Vorschläge.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I wanted to have the battery on my Nexus 5 replaced. Not possible was the answer. And sending it in would not be worthwhile, it would be too expensive and would not bring anything because the cell phone is too old (4 years).
In the meantime I got a new battery in a shop in Graz, it cost 30 euros and the cell phone works like on the first day.
Incorrect statements by a so-called expert are absolutely unacceptable to me! If it can't be repaired on site, I expect truthful suggestions.

Excellent ! Friendly staff, top advice, even if there are more customers on site, you take your time for each individual because you like to wait a little longer.
