C	Ch'enram Panliger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: kitchen closes 10:30 PM though the restaurant doesn't close till midnight. The place was nearly empty but we arrived pretty late. Got seated quickly, and they had an English menu when we asked for it. Good selection of dishes to choose from in the menu and both our starter and the main dish were very tasty. The gratinated potatoes had some slices that weren't cooked through, but that's the only negative thing to say about an excellent meal.
S	Sebastian Bichelmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most enjoyable evening here. The Zwiebelrostbraten (a classical Austrian dish) was prepared flawlessly and the meat was as tender as could be. The chicken was great as well, especially the sides (risotto, mushrooms, asparagus) were delicious. The lava cake and the Kaiserschmarrn were both very moist and fluffy - perfect. The service was well informed, very attentative while not being intruding. All things considered the pricing was more than fair and we will certainly be back. Definite recommendation.
T	Teresa Sangiorgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service 0/10 Food 9/10 We visited Handwerk Restaurant yesterday's night at 19:00hs to celebrate the wedding anniversary. During the dinner the restaurant was almost empty. Only four tables were occupied including ours. When we ordered the Entrecôte Steak the waitress asked for the cooking point of the meat. She was stunned when my husband replied “saignant”. She said she didn’t know what it meant. As we were speaking german with her, she then switched to english and replied without letting us find the right word in english or german: “Rare? Medium Rare?”. She left the table believing she knew what cooking point we were talking about. When we asked for the bill, the waitress came directly with her wallet and the card terminal. It was like she was in a rush, thus, we didn’t have time to check the bill. We payed and we left without giving tips. When we arrived back home we check the numbers, we couldn’t figure out where the additional of +€15 came from. Sadly, the delicious food will not compensate the bad service.

M	Martino Figoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you think it's normal to ask for a surcharge to present your own birthday cake? It doesn't to be. The food is ok tho. You pay for the fancy location tho rather than for the quality or the abundance of the portions. If you're into that, it might be your thing.
