Wenn man was braucht geht man ja nicht umsonst hin teile besorgen aber sowas unfreundliches hab ich noch nie erlebt. Der Junior Chef ist spitze, die Damen und Herren im Produktionsbereich bzw Verkauf, sind sehr sehr NETT und freuen sich immer wenn Kunden kommen. Unfortunately it is getting more and more expensive and the senior boss (Neumann) is very, very unfriendly to many customers (who make house calls). If you need something you don't go there for free to get parts, but I've never seen anything unfriendly. The junior boss is great, the ladies and gentlemen in the production area and sales are very, very NICE and are always happy when customers come.

Auch ein ausgedehntes Sortiment an Einzelteilen und Antrieben (für selbstgebaute Modelle) ist vorhanden Beautiful, detailed models, mostly from Austrian narrow-gauge and trams. There is also an extensive range of individual parts and drives (for self-made models)
